JOANN Fabric and Crafts

What a great store with fantastic employees. I'm making my first quilt and I'm totally clueless as how to go about it. The woman in the fabric department went above and beyond explaining and helping me with my supplies. I can't wait to go back in when I'm ready for the border fabric and show her my quilt progress.

Great store, a lot of material/fabric found that was needed. Big shoutout to LISA for helping my sister and I to cut fabric and giving advice/insight on how to properly glue material together and with all the proper steps for lining with fabric that we bought. When asked for help, LISA went out of her way to help us out even though she looked like she was in the middle of something, so we appreciate for being so kind and taking great time with us to cutting about 8 different fabrics for us.

Joann is the number one store for our baking products and supplies! Great store, huge selection, generous discounts, and terrific customer service!!!!

Joann's has long since been the go-to place for craft supplies. They also have THE best coupons and accept all competitors coupons as well. If you are a careful shopper who has downloaded Joann's app on your phone and receive their flyer in the mail and have competitors coupons you can end up saving more money than you spent. You just need to know when to shop, and, if you forgot your coupons, turn around and go get them. You'll be happy that you did when you see what you saved!

Joann Fabrics is a great place for crafts. If they don't have it, you probably don't need it. My wife was shopping for silk flowers and bought quite a few. I noticed they had lots of art supplies and, of course fabric. The prices are high unless they are having a sale, which seems to happen a lots. They have lots of yarn and Seahawks fabric!

I walked in to JoAnn etc in Federal Way, Wa. I felt that the store could have used a little more merchandise than it had. There were too many empty shelves in the store, other than that I absolutely love the store. It was my first time in this particular JoAnn Store. I spoke to an employee by the name of Juan. He was an excellent employee with excellent customer service. He is to be commended for his hard work, and his commitment to customer service. I gave this JoAnn Store 5 stars because of Juan. Keep up the good work Juan. I really was not thrilled with the person at the front. You need to be a little more enthusiastic about your job.

Great assortment of Real Touch flowers and flower vases. Conveniently located on a shopping plaza.

I frequent this store! The last time I was there, there was trouble with the cash registers, Maria (employee) moved to another cash register and worked the line with patience and the best customer service I have received! Honestly I put myself in that situation and it must’ve been so frustrating I can’t believe she just trooped along and didn’t let that frustration out on anyone it was amazing. My Kudos to you Maria. I called the manager and let her know as well.

They've really cleaned up the store, so I started coming back after avoiding it for quite awhile. They have the largest selection of yarn, that I know of, in Federal Way.

This is the largest JoAnn's I have ever seen! It was so big, I had to ask where to find what i was looking for or i would still be there wandering the asiles. Totally worth making a special trip if sewing or crafting are your thing. Or if you just need to kill some time in Federal Way.

December 11, 2023. 70% of Holiday items. Ornaments are Buy one and get three free! On a budget, better make haste to see what you can get while they have it.

I love this store! I’ve always gotten great creative help on whatever project I’ve brought in, and I’ve yet to meet an associate who wasn’t enthusiastic about the prospect. Earlier this week I went in hoping to find 8 oz jars for grape jelly. Bianca found everything I needed then made sure I got all possible coupons at checkout (Joann’s, Michael’s and Hobby Lobby.) Wow—what a difference that made to the total! Thanks for GREAT products, GREAT prices, and GREAT employees!

Went to Joann fabrics to get some framing done. They did such a great job I had them frame another print for us. They are very competitive and we will gladly go back for our future framing projects

Good service and when you have a coupon (just go their website), it is usually 40% or more. They don't have in store coupon anymore.

I love visiting this store! Fabric, crafts, and even some unique odds and ends can be found here. Bought the cutest shawl priced around $30 with a coupon for a rock bottom price of $10! Great for browsing and getting things that correspond with every season.

Went for online order pick up but walked through the store. Bought more fabric! Also struck conversation about craft stuff with couple of employees, SUPER FRIENDLY STAFF. I have not shopped at this location before. It is a big store, lots of inventory and enjoyed shopping there.

My wife likes this place and always feels she can find what she needs when she is looking for fabrics or even gifts for family or friends. This is a good store and clean. Last time we went we found what she was looking for with no problems and it was a not as busy as it normally is.
