Good selection and decent prices. Not liking the kiosks self check out. They still had 2 people there to help people with the self checkout. Might have been faster just having them run a regular register. They were helpful and nice though.

Great prices on their items, have great discounts on things. A lot to choose from for your crafty minds. They just started using self checkout so there is no more cashier's. By doing self checkout it makes it better for employees to help you with your questions.

This is a store for artists, beginners, teachers, students, and for each and every family member. You can find anything to fullfill your idea, or just come without any ideas and find great inspiration.
Unfortunately, the restroom is awfully dirty and there is no toilet paper.
So plan accordingly 😉

I go here mainly for the framing, when they have a sale, or a frame size that I need is a clearance item.
Britney does a great job helping match up the right, picture or certificate to the right frame, and gets them ready in a very timely manner.
The rest of the staff also are very diligent about keeping the shelves, well stocked and tidy, the store clean, and helping at the checkout stand when needed.

I had several vintage picture frames that I wanted to use to frame my wedding photos. The frames were kind of a mess. Ariel worked with me one on one through all of my frames. She gave me advice and they turned out beautiful! Thank you!

Visited on Saturday and a gentleman was so helpful. We were trying to find materials to make my nieces Comic Con costume and had never done anything like it before. He had so many great suggestions.
I also had an issue with this Michaels and an online order back in December and the store manager handled it very well.

I've always liked Michaels and now they've added self-checkout, which I love because sometimes I don't want to feel obligated to talk to someone.

My family always enjoys our trips here. We normally pick up some small arts and craft projects that we can do with our son or some fun decorations. I also do quite a bit of tabletop terrain crafting and I buy all my paints here as they are great for this type of crafting and affordable.

Great stuff but prices are a little high

Decent open parking lot. Large shop but are regularly moving thins around. Good halloween collection! Staff is friendly. Coupons only work half the time.

First time at this location. It has a much better selection than the one in Lakewood Town Center. Very friendly staff

I went to this Michael's the day after Black Friday. Shelves were still well stocked and they had discounts happening store-wide. I appreciated that they had employees available throughout the store helping customers with their questions. Had a good vibe going on, even the customers were friendly.

I just went to look while I was bored. I found a lot of interesting stuff for the fall holidays. It was cool just to stop in for a bit even if I did not take anything home with me this time. :/

Great selection of hard to find items.

Always friendly. Just like everywhere, sometimes they are out of items but it is understandable coming out of the pandemic. They started selling fabric so that is fantastic. I got my wedding portrait framed here (I brought in an antique frame I found) and they did an amazing job. They also have very nice frames.

I am happy to say that the new manager at this location is a welcome change for me as a customer.. It seems like the employees are happier too. I see a lot more smiles now and I have had great customer service experiences consistently. I highly recommend this store!!

The store was clean and the staff is helpful. I come here often and I never have to wait in line for too long to check out. The cashiers seem to do a good job of increasing register availability when the line gets longer. Most items seem to be in stock except for some fine art supplies. I was able to find something else to make it work in the meantime.

Always a positive time here and usually get some things I had no intention of buying. Deals and prices always good, and they aren't actively working on oppressing peoples rights. Big win.
