Had such a good experience. Needed some balloons for my sisters 40th. 3 wonderful people in the balloon area helped me quickly and were so kind! It’s been a stressful day of planning and these guys helped make it a littler better! Thank you for your good attitudes and kindness today! It was much appreciated!

For my grandma's 90th birthday, I placed an order for 90 gold balloons and the team was able to process the order the same day! Big thank you to them for helping make the special occasion!!

I'm not sure who my cashier was, and I'm so upset that I didn't get his name, but he was so sweet. I was scrambling to find things for my son's birthday, and they happened to be out of the balloon he wanted. This gentleman was so nice to give me money off another one similar, but in a different size. It's not even that he gave me something free, what stood out to me is the fact that he saw how fustrated I was, and decided to help me as best he could. That's the customer service a lot of stores are missing now days, and I will definitely return because of today's experience alone.

We stopped by this location for last minute items for my sons birthday. There were two employees at the front , 1 male and 1 female who went above and beyond to ensure we found everything we needed! Thank you both!!

we went to this location to get my 8 years old custom, when i asked one of the girls that works there if they had any more sizes in the back she said all the have is out there but then Emily said she will go check. sure enough she found one my son's size! later on I saw a manager running around making sure everyone is taking care of. I waited to Thanked him and tell him about my experience with Emily and he was super nice. I also had balloons that Samantha helped me expedite and was super sweet when she saw me being in hurry! It's nice to see people still care despite being busy on holiday seasons!

Niya’s customer service skills blew me away! We had a gender reveal balloon emergency and she promptly helped fix the problem (I caused) with urgency and pretty much saved the day. 10/10 recommend this store.

Dee is amazing!! Her customer service is incredible. She greeted the whole store with “Welcome to the party!!”. The store was busy and her kindness made the experience wonderful!!

Ordered the delivery service for multiple inflated balloons & cutlery/serving utensils, etc.

Two hour delivery window. First part of the order arrived 15 minutes into the window. Perfect!
Received an email that the order was delivered in full. Unfortunately the balloons weren’t delivered.

Went up to the store after two phone calls.
They offered to fulfill the (large & inconvenient) order before they closed AND threw in an extra life size character balloon for the trouble.

I’m almost crying because of the amazing (in-store) courtesy & service.

Don’t know what’s going on with the delivery guy.

I placed an online order for balloons and it didn't get to the store. Don't think the local store has control of that so was frustrated but didn't blame them. The staff figured out what was going on, quickly got the balloons together. They worked as a team and all jumped in, unlike some places where one person helps and everyone else watches. They were friendly and helpful. Greeted people coming in while still helping me. Liked how they worked as a team to remedy the issue. They always have what I need. And balloons were foil and didn't fall even though I've had that happen other places. Would definitely go back here!

Team went above and beyond to make sure my son had a great birthday! Even during the historic ice storm and covid they came through for us. I am so grateful to this store--they've got a customer for life!

Charles was by far the best employee in that whole store. His other employees...not so much. But Charles went above and beyond to help my best friend and I look for a particular birthday balloon for her daughter's 11th & he did not stop until he found it!! Thank you for you impeccable customer service Charles!!

Gracie was so kind to us and got us extra balloons when we expressed that we were a bit disappointed with how our balloons turned out. She went above and beyond! Excellent customer service!

Needed to return/exchange a costume. It wasn't a problem. The customer service, even though it was super busy, was really, really good. The two associates that helped me were super friendly.

Showed up later than we planned, but knew exactly what we needed and where to find it. My wife and I appreciate a retailer that does not make their customers feel bad for coming in late (still before they closed though).

Great staff. Decent prices. The staff here go well above and beyond for their customers to make them happy, and make sure the customer is taken care of. Something to respect to say the least. Will continue to come back here! Thanks for helping make our events great!

I really have to give these employees here some credit. I came in so last min asking for a gender reveal balloon. Not only did these employees accommodate me but were so nice about it. They were just so sweet and kind and I truly appreciated them for getting me out of this bind!

I really liked visiting this place, I found everything I needed for my birthday party, plus the girls who attended me were very kind and attentive.

Lots of party supplies and it was very well organized. I would not call this a costume store though, maybe around Halloween that will change but I didn’t find any.
