Katt is so amazing!! She is very attentive and knowledgeable. She knows what I want and is great at recommending the different things they sell. Couldn’t ask for a better sales woman. Wyatt is also amazingly helpful and knowledgeable about their variety of products. Best smoke shop in the DFW hands down!!

We called twice in reference to a hookah base. And they didn’t sell just the base so we went up to purchase a hookah. And Wyatt was super helpful and patient with us. He was awesome.

Zane helped me out!! He provided knowledge on products and had great customer service! definitely recommend this place to anyone and ask for Zane!

Really like this place. Though yall took over K's old spot and now I have to drive farther to get my clothes cleaned, compared to the vape/smoke shops on trinity, this is one of the better ones. Staff is pretty chill, nice. Owner is a cool dude.

However, this is a bit pricey, compared to other stores, but you do get quality in comparison. But the other smoke shops...well this one doesn't have an 8-liner machine like 90% of them. So, it looks/ operates much nicer.

Some stuff is overpriced, some stuff is fairly priced (but higher), but there's also some stuff that is a good deal.

WARNING: ATM IS A DEMON MONSTER. (lol) There are some issues with the ATM, but that's not on them, that the ATM company's fault. But fun story, ATM glitched out and held on to my card for 45 minutes.

But I think the ATM is doing much better, I think they've been giving it tender, crisp 20s, feeding it lots of crypto, you know treating it with love and care.

Absolutely love this place! Everytime I go to any smoke shop I always ask what they recommend and never get what I like. Fortunately Diamond gives me the best suggestions. Today I bought yalls new torch Hidden Hills and it's great! Also got a great new elf bar! She punched my card and I went home happy. 10/10 Reccomend

Was looking to get a hookah and stopped in this spot. I was indecisive about what I wanted but they were patient with me in picking a hookah. Reasonable prices, and all around good spot. Check them out. Will return!

I bought a evolve D on feb 6,23 took it home couldn’t get it to charge and the off and on button had a defect. Talk to managers and they looked it over and exchanged the product. They were very nice about it, in fact the staff there are very polite and helpful. Thank you all for excellent customer service.

Went to this shop looking for something to help me relax since I haven’t been getting much sleep for the past couple of weeks. I wish I would have got the name of the girl who helped me but her suggestion for what I should get was on point!. I got some of the best sleep and woke up feeling refreshed. Definitely will be going back.

Great shop. Super convenient location right on Trinity and 360. The prices are right along with everyone else but, it’s the cleanliness and service that sets them apart. The shop is very clean and organized and Kat, who works being the counter, is quick to greet you with a sincere smile and help with any questions you may have.

Kat was amazing! I had quite a few questions and she answered them honestly and very thoroughly! I’ll definitely come back here again!!
