Very busy, open late late, fast drive thru. Good app. Always clean, power washed parking lot, clean inside/out. Probably the best McDs on state Hwy 183... IMHO.

Friendly staff. Quick service. Hit food. Good price. Cheapest mcdonalds in the metroplex. Cheaper than most mcdonalds

Food was hot and fresh. Employees were friendly. My order was correct. I love the savings on the app!!!!!

Very nice and friendly employees. Been here a couple of times and they always get my order right and make it fast even with a rush. This is how a McDonalds should be!

After they close down this is the firs time coming and was a big surprise the nice and clean place a very nice costumer service, I don't complain about the kids area because my kids are a young adults, but is a very relax place to grab a bite.

Hands down one of the best mcdonald's with modern inside interior that i've been to on this side of town.

This is a very clean McDonald's, I was very impressed. Only problem was kids under 6 we're tapping and tapping on the new digital drink machine, Mother let them do what they wanted. Made the coke machine stall for ice or gave a wrong drink. This are computerized machines, mess up quick. Overall it was very clean. Suggestions: Put a sign keep your children away from COKE machine. McDonald's on Irving Blvd. Should be ashamed of themselves, too many homeless people loitering around. It's awful to go in there.

It was very clean. There were staff to take customers order even though we used the kiosk. The food came out quickly and was all correct.

The drive thru was pack, however the employee taking orders was very quick and on point.

Came here with my mom. Wasn’t going to get anything but she swore it the best one around and she lives in garland. So I bite and order a QP delux the 2C on the menu. She says watch it’s gonna be super fresh. The lady at the window super nice. We get the food it was so hot we pulled in the parking lot and ate there. The burger had grease in the box now that’s when you know it’s fresh! She was right. No wonder the line is always long. To the staff keep it up and give that evening cook a raise.

This place is swarming with customers! Everytime I went there there were long lines at the drive through. It wasn't a mystery to me, though. The service was fast, food price awesome and the greetings I got at the windows made me feel like I was still on my island where hospitality was a part of our island culture. Thank you, McDonald's! 🌺

This is the best fast food experience in the area. Drive-thru is always quick and efficient, employees are very friendly, and I haven’t had any problems with any of my orders yet. Food is hot and prepared well. The new points system is fantastic as well, and contactless payment is a huge plus for me. Kudos to management and team at this location!

I just got a drink at the drive-thru. Not much to critique, but the service was quite, the order was accurate, the drink tasted as I expected, and the price was right. The campus was clean of debris. The building appeared well maintained. The small amount of landscaping is well managed.

I recommend this McDonald's. Clean. Fast. Efficient.

This McDonald’s is very clean and has a very nice ambiance. The screen that tells you what order number they’re working on and who’s order is ready is excellent, don’t have to yell and call out numbers. Their play place is amazing! They had 6 screens with games and videos and a structure to play in as well. I loved how the play place is kind of tucked, initially I didn’t even realize there was one. But of course my son found it! It’s in a section of its own so it doesn’t disturb others who just want to enjoy a meal in peace.
