When I tell you, I was having the absolute WORST day. I had to take my ESA to the vet and miss work. Stopped in here on my way home and the vibe is great, everyone is super sweet and the spread love wall is adorable. I go to Starbucks REGULARLY and always get good service but never feel compelled to write a review about my experience. Today was so far beyond “customer service” this was genuine human connection and it was amazing. JUSTUS AND JERRY really made my visit magical. Way to turn around my day. Thank you so much, these guys deserve every praise in the book!

The Lemon loaf is so delicious and I also purchased drinks for the me and the kids. Drinks alway right and the service through the drive thru is always quick at this location and the clerks always greet you with a friendly smile.

Shout out to those working on Christmas. Not only was everyone upbeat and efficient, everyone who was working went above and beyond to make sure I had a good experience.

I’ve come to this location numerous times and every single time I have been treated with respect from every employee. On Sunday
this young male named Jay made my order perfect. The best i’ve ever had it! He was extremely polite and generous when he handed me my drink. I’ll always come back here to sit and enjoy my coffee. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

My boyfriend, dog and I had just gotten in from a long drive from Chicago. Lilly and Carissa are the best! Right when I pulled up, Carissa greeted me with “how are you doing?” They had the best customer service I have ever experienced! They even offered my dog a pup cup. They were so pleasant they brightened our day!

2 different times now I’ve asked for some recommendations and the people in the drive-thru were awesome. They were patient when I wasn’t sure what I wanted, and had some really great suggestions…and now I like new drinks because of it! Great location.

I never would’ve thought that a lack of willingness to show customer service would be experienced at a Starbucks, but here I am. I walked in with my baby in his stroller and stood looking at the backs and sides of the employees. There wasn’t even the, “Sorry for the wait we’ll be right with you.” I am only giving this review because they should NO remorse.

This Starbucks has the absolute SWEETEST employees working for them every time I go there! Especially this morning. I completely forgot my money at home and didn’t realize it until I got to the window to pay. I was so embarrassed and told them I would come back with money. Instead of leaving feeling like an idiot, the barista working the drive thru window told me it was on them. Even gave my dogs in the car “pup cups” as well. If you work there and you’re reading this, THANK YOU! That was an act of kindness that will not be forgotten!

This location is great! The staff are so friendly!!

Clean restrooms, friendly staff and quick service.

The only negative is they seem to have changed the material that the lid is made from and my wife noticed that it's smell and taste affected her coffee taste.

I did not notice, but I'm just a dad right....
