Great service, even better manager . Branch was already closed and Santiago took the time to help me with my non-delivered package that I urgently needed. These are the things that make a difference and make the customer feel valued. Very grateful to Santiago 👍🏽!

This is actually a very great post office, ignore all the bad reviews because there’s really nothing bad to say about this place. The customer service is great and the front desk people are very nice, and they mail my packages without delay!

Although the two post offices I go to always have a line for service, the workers are always friendly and helpful.

The ladies that work here are ALWAYS extremely helpful and friendly! The staff truly make it a pleasurable experience!!

This is the Post Office Branch that I regularly visit. While the staff do seem to lack energy, the biggest problems that I have seen are the customers. While standing in line, customers are glued to their phones. But when it's their turn at the window, they are not ready or don't know what they need (lots of questions that could have been answered with a quick google search while they were waiting in line). Typically, if the customer is courteous to the postal empolyees, then they will be courteous with the customer.

Had a good experience here despite the reviews. Quick service with four people working on a monday afternoon. Had no tape and the woman helped me tape up my package. Quick. Friendly. They have apparently stepped up their customer service

I do not know why people rate this place badly.
I have been several times. The place looks like any other USPS location clean and organized.
Does they have slow service? Normal you have to wait in line like any other USPS as well

I called them and to be honest, i had a good experienced over the phone, the lady was extremely helpful and it did not took more than 5 minutes to located my package.

Need to send my daughter orthodontics current treatment results to Virginia next-day. They helped me like family! Very Recommended!

I moved here in 1998 and i go twice a month there and never had a problem yes they sometimes only have two or three people behind the counter but they are not rude

At first when I went online to find this place, because a missed package was there fpr me to pick up, I was expecting a horrible service after seeing all the bad reviews, but it was the other way around, great and fast service, in & out in 5 minutes, the staff was friendly and courteous, and I got my package.

The ladies and the few men at the counter are hard workers. Keep those gorgeous smiles smiling along with the "lovely" notes in my box. How cute, thanks T

Greatest post office experience ive had...Carlos and other staff were very nice, service was fast and they took the time to explain different services they offered..no line, no waiting.

my package was found after 2 weeks :) the supervisor was awesome she really made me a very happy person today!

The rep answered my questions and gave the a timeframe for the service requested. Waiting is not an issue. Three reps were attending clients nicely.

New facility with nice interior. Was in and out in under 2 minutes. No wait. Gentleman helped me by even explaining competitor's services.

Always all the agents very friendly, I usually visit this post office after 5pm and there’s no wait. Always very clean!
