This store was incredible from the variety of merchandise, cleanliness and attentive customer service. Richard and Erick helped us with the purchase of our patio set and accommodated us with setting up an account and getting us an amazing deal! I will be coming back here!

Has everything we need and more, and prices that are sometimes unbelievable, and yet every time we go, the staff is kind, the deals are always there, and I always find what I need. Love it here.

I always find great deals in this place. You just have to purchase whatever you like right away because when you come back, chances are they won't have it again. That's simply the nature of these types of stores, though. At this particular Big Lots, the sales associates are super pleasant and helpful. One of them ran all the way out to my car because I'd forgotten a package. Love this store, I've never had anything but positive experiences here.

Disappointed. Empty shelves. A lot of stuff had no prices. The store was very sloppy. Only o r lady there there was nice. Another lady had to open a register that I was at and all she did was complain I told here if she did not want to check me out I would just leave.tven the nice lady on the next register said she would be happy to ck me out .don't think I am going back. This is the store on us I in Miami I drive very far to go there.never again.i have had a credit cared there f6ir years.

I was surprised this big lots was very well stocked I mean to the ceiling with paper towels no empty shelves.

Went there today and Darius gave excellent customer service. Very friendly and helpful. Went above and beyond looking for a cube storage we were looking for. Will definitely be coming back to this store.

Great store! Big Lots has the staples from A-Z at excellent prices. If you haven't been definitely check it out. Oh, before you buy another charger, cable, holder for your cell go see what they offer because they won't be beat.

Nice place to shop so cheap

Manager was able to access my credits in a gift card I had , no one else could even in other state. He when told me how to make sure I get my credit if anyone else says to me to please "call the number on the back of the card". Awesome
