Me and my partner came near closing time and they were still as thoughtful and efficient in their service. Great people, great Staff overall. They helped me with my new favorite drink with a Christmas spin on it. Would definitely recommend for anyone searching for a great coffee experience.

First I want to say I’m seriously in love with the costumer service I’ve been getting these past two days at two different Starbucks locations. I don’t know what they are doing but this time Cata was amazing she really loves what she does and has an amazing costumer service. Hope this gets to Starbucks headquarters because makes the hole Starbucks experience worth it. Thanks again Cata and keep your amazing personality high.

Thank you Vannesa and the whole team for helping me when they were already closing the store! It has the best customer service I've ever met! I recommend this Starbucks to everyone at Homeatead! They are very helpful and I am grateful for all the effort and help they gave me! The coffee is very good!

Favorite Starbucks. Fast, efficient, and very friendly. My online order is always ready when I come in despite many people ordering in person and drive thru. The staff always acknowledges me and seem to work very well with one another.

Awesome Starbucks! The customer service is great. Mike and Salome specifically. Very efficient, never have to wait too long and usually they have everything in stock.

Was able to pick up food ordered via app in the drive thru quickly. Though the line was long, they moved things along at a good speed and my drink and cake pops were spot on and the staff was polite.

I live in the neighborhood so I visit frequently the Point Royale location. I want to give an outstanding review on his Customer Service skills to Mikey. Mikey is always very charismatic, knowledgeable and productive on the drive thru. It is a great feeling as a customer when an employee recognizes you, greets you with enthusiasm and knows what your usual is. Thank You Micke!

Brenda always gets your orders correct! She’s amazing. The staff is very nice also and they’re very kind to their customers. Only been here twice, so don’t know much about the place. If you’re looking to be treated fairly and get your coffee done on time, my good friend Brenda is the best! 😁

Love this place for my morning or anytime coffee. Not much of a fan of the drive thru set up. But I def am in love with the mobile app and mobile ordering. A few clicks and my items are ready by the time I get in. Makes mornings a breeze, in and out! The staff is always super friendly and attentive to ensure your order is right. Happy customer

When this store is going to open? I love it there. All the people that work there are very nice and kind. I miss this place a lot. Please come back soon.

Update: changed it to 5 stars since they have gotten better at this location. Now getting my order correctly and been treated nicer.

Horrible, I literally live 5 minutes away and I go to Starbucks a lot. I’d rather drive to another because this is always making my drink wrong. This time I ordered 3 drinks, they got the complicated drinks right but the simple one wrong... I’m just tired of trying with them.

The assistant manager Zach is a very kind & efficient leader. With the POS system down he was still able to take my order along with everyone else waiting in line & churned out the drinks with time to spare!

I tend to come to this location just to order my typical coffee and get my work done but my interaction with Erica blew me away. I expressed how I wasn't crazy about some popular flavors and she gave me suggestions on how to complement and enhance the flavors of coffee, didn't know I could do that. Her new title should be "Barista Mixologist"!! I also noticed how friendly she was with the customers ahead of me in line that overhearing how she was with all of the customers got me excited to place my order with her. Amazing customer service!

After having the day from hell, starving and feeling like I've been hung up to dry, I can not thank the employees at this Starbucks enough for going above and beyond to restore my hope and serve me a cup of cheer! You guys have a fine crew that even during a busy lunch hour put customers on a pedastool. Thank you kindly. :)

Went in the other day and learned a lot! The barista was a lovely young veteran who took his time to teach me about the different types of beans. I was impressed that he took the time to teach me something new with such passion in his voice. Will be coming back soon

Honestly love this location come here every morning and Eric as well as another young lady always makes sure I'm well taken care of.
