Daisha from appliance was super friendly and helpful throughout our entire experience shopping. We came in to buy a new washer and she offered us the credit card. We ended up leaving with a brand new washer and dryer set and I couldn’t be happier. Definitely recommend again!!!!

I am impressed at this home depot located at 8 Street and 30th Ave in the south west of Miami the employees are very helpful. I went there looking for a few items and no much time but everyone (5 employees) I ask for different thing as I was walking around the store took their time to explain, walking me to the area where I could find what I was looking for.

Big store. Easy, close to entrance parking always available. Great variety of plants, and all things related to garden/yard. Large selection. Dedicated and knowledgeable help from assistants at the floor.
No long lines at the cashiers. Hassle free returns and great customer service.

I went there for house plants with my fur baby. I forgot to bring a towel to place in the cart. As I was going through the outdoor garden, I heard excuse me ma'am. I turned around, and an employee was handing me a piece of cardboard to protect my baby's paws. It's just the simple things that matter in life. He made my day extra special!!!

I just want to thank Vanessa, she was inside the Paint depot part of the store when I brought in a prehistoric can from 5 years ago in hopes someone could get the color matched. I’m so used to being dismissed when they offered to show me different colors she basically went out of her way to dust off the sticker, try on the codes, look the gloss and even didn’t mind all the rust. After all that she did a test and found the perfect match <3 me and my brother in law were there and I hope this girl gets her recognition, I also left my old paint behind I’m sorry I forgot it :(

Great service. Went to make copies of keys was attended quickly and the lady was very polite. They have two machines to make copies and everything was done on a timely manner. Store looks clean and there seems to be many employees to assist you should u need it.

There was a person called María in the flooring department that helped us with everything that we needed. The whole experience was amazing.

My favorite hardware store great staff

We were greeted by a manager named kadoo right away. The best customer service I’ve ever experienced. We were going for a grill and he went the extra mile to make sure we got what we needed. All the retail workers in the store are genuinely the best. They all made sure we left the store with a smile.

I loved this Home Depot for all my projects. The staff are very friendly. You can ask them anything you need and they will help you. The store is very organized with a great supply.

This is like my second home. We go there for all our DIY supplies.

They can get a bit pricey but, they are definitely the best hardware store out there hands down. Some of the ladies in customer service need attitude adjustments though. They're definitely not like the commercials LOL poor souls they go to work sour but little do they know if it weren't for us they wouldn't be getting paid not them and not the company

Thank you to Tiara, Thaqib, and the guy that helped me in the flooring department today (I wish I caught his name😭😭). Excellent customer service. Can't say the same for the 3 clueless employees blocking the entrance from the garden section. I was carrying a bunch of stuff and they just stood there, especially the young guy with the ponytail, stood right in the middle! I had to squeeze through while carrying a bunch of items in my arms. 😒
