Great experience and for the first time in many years, My iced coffee was perfect. Never been to the Dunkin but he definitely got a new customer 10 out of 10 on beverage, food and customer service.

If you enjoy hot tasty coffee or hot chocolate then you can't do better than Dunkin donuts.

Fast friendly staff, very alert and getting orders out fast and hott!! Will definitely go there again. Clean and nicely decorated, people coming and going, and very tentative!

The best Dunkin' Donuts I have visited, the guy that attended me was the best that we even ended up being good friends, now his attitude convinced me to come back again.

The best doughnuts in Miami. I recently got a chance to taste their fried chicken, and its equally amazing. The wings were covered in a spicy/sweet barbeque sauce that was phenomenal.

Excellent service! The cashiers quickly memorize your regular orders by hard. Too, the curbside is time-saving and efficient. In addition, the order pick-up service is effective and allows you to be on your way in a jiffy. The employees are always kind and work harder to make you interactions seamless.

Big fan of this southern location. Order comes up quick, never experienced any shortages, coffee is hot. Inside has plenty of seating. No southbound access from US1 which is a bummer. I haven't had any long wait times, but I don't typically go during peak hours. Will definitely be back.

Placed order online to get my free coffee and bagel bites and it was hot and ready! I also got in line to order a sandwich and the lady was very professional and courteous. Those ladies in there is running that Dunkin Donuts Perfectly!

I've been there several times but I'm not a regular and on this day I decided to have lunch there even though I only had several dollars on me no debit or credit cards with me. I ordered a chicken sandwich on Texas toast and a regular size drink but I happened to be short on money by like 90 cents. The person who waited on me was understanding. However, he was new and didn't know how to remove the soda from the order. He then called the manager who happened to be maximum 21 years old to assist. When he explained the situation the manager paid the difference and even though I insisted on paying him back later he wouldn't hear of it. He preferred to have a satisfied customer who truly was at fault then to see me eat lunch w/o a drink even if it came out of his own pocket. I was truly impressed by his selflessness professionalism and work ethic. DD should truly be appreciative of employees of his caliber who have the potential to make this job a life long career there by elevating with him the company. If they treat him well by rewarding his exemplary professionalism DD would have tour de force on their team.

The staff is amazing. My order is always correct and ready by the time I get there. The facilities are clean and doughnuts are fresh. I go there at least once a day. My day isn't complete without my visit to this DD.

This is my local DD and I've never had a complaint. The staff is always personable, friendly and efficient, establishment clean, and my coffee tastes how i ordered it. My only caveat is I wish it was drive-through! The next closest DD drive through is homestead or south miami. 😭

Love the new look. I'm from up north so all about DD. So, when they remodeled it was so much more welcoming. The staff there is also very nice. Only 1 slow person there everyone else seemed pretty well trained.

Decided to give it another try after a previous bad experience and chalked it up maybe someone having a bad day.

The cashier and the baristas have been super nice and I really appreciate their hard work.

Excellent service, they are speedy and shows great customer service. The store's staff are very friendly which makes it absolute best to come and have a good breakfast before your daily commute, plus they offer free Wi-Fi that big plus for me. Combined with dunkin donut app and its free perk, its nice place to grab a quick bite.

This dunkin is one of the better ones. Staff speak English, friendly, knowledgeable. Store was clean, only open 4 take out. . Plenty of staff to ensure fast and correct service. Top marks for this location.
