I see a lot of negative reviews but I must say that I had a great experience renewing passports for both my daughters. The USPS worker named Chris was a rock star. I’m always grateful for great service. Thanks Chris!

I went to two different locations, and the workers were not good to me. I needed to make a passport for my little baby AVRIL

I would like to recognize Chris at this location for his dedications on his passion and respect to help the customer whom had appointments today including my son who went their with appointment for 10:45am and Chris was at the counter helping the customers with appointments for passports. Chris was very helpful and knowledgeable with knowing his job duties and insuring customer on his shift was able to get service with him before he left for his break, which he sacrifice his brake till everyone in line for appointment was taken care of. Chris was fast and polite with us and helpful in making sure we got our passport process done correctly. I am grateful for the service I and my son receive today from Chris Thank You!

This location needs a remodeling ASAP. When it rains outside, it rains inside. Lots of times, the A/C doesn't work properly. There are new residents on the area, and there is not enough parking space. The staff does what they can. Please make it bigger.

We had a delay issue with a certified mail containing a very important document. I posted a request on the USPS website for a review and almost immediately I received a called from Mrs. Rogers from Quail Roost branch she told me she was in charge of our case and that she was going to investigate the case for us. She called me every day to keep me informed of the status and few days later she called me to tell me the mail had finally arrived at her branch. She is very proactive and very professional she found the mistake that was keeping my mail from coming to its final destination and fixed it. I have been at this branch before it’s always very busy and I have never had a bad experience. Thank you Mrs Rogers for your time and help.

Super nice customer service, clean and self service is working Perfect, compare with the one at Country Walk.

I'm not used to go to the Post office and I hate going because the b long line they have but today I didn't have choice and dropped off a package. There was a gentleman named Cristian helping people he really made a different he helped me all the way with my transaction. Thanks Cristian for making my day easier. God bless you 🙏! I need it to go to this post office do to a package returned, also asked questions of passport expire. The lady name is Hope, she was the one who attended me. Great Customer Service, answer all my questions and did everything 1,2,3 excellent so that’s why I’m doing the review for her she deserve it. Please keep this lady in this job make her Happy because great potential!!!

I see a lot of negative reviews. I had a very different experience. The person who helped by was friendly, attentive, and very helpful! All my questions were answered with patience and a smile.
Perhaps all of the negative attention spurred a new effort towards customer service. I feel that if everyone were treated the way I was, then there would be no way to for all of these negative reviews to hold any water.

I've reviewed the previews feedback this location has and I can't believe it. I applied for my US Passport at this location and they helped me out and everything when smoothly. I have also sent many packaged out through this location and no issues.

If you have ever physically gone to this location during the day you can see it gets very busy. So I believe they don't do the whole phone call part great, BECAUSE they are helping all the people that are physically there. You can't hold one location responsible for a problem that happened some where else.

To anyone looking to go to this location to ship a package I recommend you give it a try and see for your self.

Great customer service! The employees are very nice and always apologize if you had to wait. In the 3 years I have been using this post office I have never had a problems with them.

Decided to write a review after seeing and subsequently being appalled at the low rating reviews this place has gotten. I've lived in the Cutler Bay area for over 15 years and have frequently come to this US Post Office. I never had a bad experience and the people here are nice.

I just came on this page to remember what time this place opens, I saw the bad reviews, and I decided to at least try to balance opinions on it. Hope that says something about this place, from an average Joe.

Wey hace always in 25 yrs usted their Branch!! They are responsible, welcoming, and very helpful!! I got My certified documents on time! Plus My po box. Very diligent and helpful!! Few previous visits here have been good. Nice helpful people. They answer any question you have in a polite manner. Not sure why such low ratings.. but overall everyone that has helped me was very nice and polite.

Michelle (passports) was thee absolute best! Made the application process a breeze, in and out in about 15 minutes. Answered any questions I had and just overall made it an enjoyable exoexperce. Definitely ask for her when making an appointment for your passport!
