United States Postal Service

USPS Canton branch is conveniently located and easy to access (just don't perform a u-turn to park). The staff is always professional, friendly and happy to answer any questions one may have. Not all local USPS locations are equal, which is why I'll often drive further to this one even though it may not be the closest.

have only done basic services there such as buying stamps, sending items through regular mail, or sending paperwork with tracking. usually busy so lines can get long but interactions have been pleasant so far. hoping to continue to see location improve but for now will go to neighboring town for large bulk postages such as wedding invitations.

Recently had an amazing customer service experience with Bob here, he was in contact with me multiple times about a missing package, was courteous, kind and extremely helpful with my issue. Have never had a better post office experience anywhere else and am so grateful for how they went above and beyond to help recover my package

It's a quick drop off

A postal worker came to my house (super nice - the only reason for the two stars) to deliver my Disney MagicBands, but there was an extra $6 dollar and change charge for her to leave them with me. The only option was so pay in cash and I didn't have the exact amount to pay her. I returned to the post office a couple days later and the package was gone. I have received zero clarity on what happened, why there was an extra charge and why there is only an option to pay the postal worker in cash. How odd and disappointing for my children as they didn't have their magic bands for Disney. Thankfully, Disney customer service was better than the post office.

Staff is nice, mail carrier is an inconsiderate moron. Website is awful, waited on phone over 1 hr and finally hung up. Tried 3 times to submit a complaint about mail carrier leaving my mail outside in rain or consistently leaves mailbox open or packages on top of my box for anyone to take. 2 years of this and fed up with the laziness wondering how people continue to have a job when they are so bad and inconsiderate of what their job responsibilities are to the customer. I have had so many rain soaked packages left on top of my mailbox when it could have easily been left at my door but the laziness of my carrier is so extreme he wont get out of his little truck, nor take the time to close the box when he drives off. Done with him. Tried to put this on the website but their dropdown menus dont work and I get put back to original page to start over again.
Enough taxes r paid to at least have a website form go thru.

They keep losing my mail, unapologetically and unsurprisingly, given the disgraceful state of their front desk, which looks like a tornado stormed through it. The only reason it gets one star is because I could not leave a review otherwise. An absolute disappointment.

This particular post office (USPS CANTON) have delivery staff that do not pay attention to details I have had several of my packages either missing in their care or dropped off at a wrong location. I have also had them put people's stuff in my mailbox that I had to RTS. It's so heart breaking that when you call them to reach a resolve; they talk to you non challantly and without remorse. They to need to employ zealous, patient, professional delivery staff who are willing to pay attention, sort and deliver people's packages at the right location. My 10 cents take though!

This post office consitiently underperforms. Today it took me 35 minutes to mail an express envelope because I was sent to the back of the line to fill out an address sticker and there was only one person working. Furthermore I saw several employees including the postmaster not wearing a mask, but there is a mask mandate in effect. The postmaster emerged from his office twice while I was waiting, looked at the line, and went back into his office. Disgraceful.

As a rule service ok but had problem with a female clerk was looking for package that was over 11 days late she refused to look.and see where package was . Very poor customer service all she had to do is go in the back and do quick look. Just to humor me

They need to pick up the pace and stop chit chatting with people when there is a line a mile long. Returning a pre paid labeled package should not take 30 minutes or more!

Two failed “attempted” deliveries, door around the back is marked unit 3, not difficult. UPS and Fedex have no issues.
