Great service! I had a package shipped to me on vacation but USPS could not get through the security gate, so they held it at the office. Unfortunately I had left from vacation and the wonderful employee at USPS not only answered the phone (Which my local USPS never does) but they made sure I got my package!

I rarely find good service at USPS (always friendly workers) but rarely good service. In this case I got both! Yay, Thank you Valerie.

Staff is just superb. Long lines do not distract them from treating each customer with care as if you are their boss.
Full service location handles passports too.

A lot has changed in the Hazleton Post Office. There is new management and new employees. There are still long lines at certain times of day but the clerks try to serve you as soon as possible.

Always a nice experience . Yes the wait times are long, sometimes but that is because there are alot of people at one time. Sometimes you just have to have patience. Always a friendly staff and kind.
