Met High School friends for dinner and beer at the American Legion in North Saint Paul. We had a great time. They have a wide selection of beer, wings and chilli.

Class of 1983 had 40th class reunion in the banquet hall. Ana was fabulous to work with! The night of reunion things couldn't have been better!!! Bartender was amazing! Chef was so nice and food was great!!!! Everyone kept says it was way better than expected! Moist meat, Au ju was so tasty! Cheesy potatoes were a huge hit!

Good food, cold beer, friendly service!

Was so impressed by this place. We went for a memorial service and the back room was set up impeccably. The space is large, the establishment is extremely clean and the staff were friendly. They even have a nice patio, bar & bingo.

Love coming up here with a couple friends to play bingo. It can get pretty full and fun on Bingo nights so be sure to stop in! Food is really good here and they have popcorn with a suggested donation I believe. The regulars are pretty cool, too. All around, I think this is a fun place. Oh yeah, they make some good drinks, too. Can't forget about the drinks!

The food prepared here today for a funeral luncheon was outstanding, absolutely delicious! The cook deserves 10 stars!!

Fabulous conversation with AWESOME PATRONS!! one of the last good bars left in the Saint Paul Area. The beer was cold (even on tap) and my server was quick to fill up on any requests. If Looking for a great place to relive Glory Days OR just have an awesome conversation about anything you might want to give this place a shot!!

This is my favorite place ever, post 435.I've been a regular here for over 5 years.Theres entertainment here every night of the week. On Monday and Thursday night, starting at 5:00pm we have free bingo with a band to follow.The fabulous Delcounts play on Thursdays, my very favorite night of the week.Ive made so many friends there.The bartenders

We love coming here, getting a few beers playing some tabs and making conversation with the regulars!! We like the atmosphere and they are always so welcoming!! God bless

Shout out to the bartender that tended my wedding reception the night of Sept 2nd! I may have ended up in a trash can by 9PM, but dang those drinks were good! Great place!

Absolutely love this place. Great atmosphere, great people, and great staff. Always have a lot of fun. Live band on the weekends adds a little more fun to the night. A must go!

Cheapest drinks in town.

The atmosphere and clientele is exactly what you'd expect from an American Legion. It's a townie bar.

But it's clean enough, the prices are cheap, the food is good enough, and the staff/clientele are friendly.

Comfortable and friendly place to go and have drinks. I honestly didn't know they had food I guess because I never go during the week.

Sometimes this place has amazing bands playing a variety of great music, and no cover! Luv the Authorities, who played this last weekend. Why don't they have these guys more often?

You cannot beat the prices for food and drinks. Bit of a dive bar feeling, lots of regulars but welcoming.

My band "The Buzzardz" played here and I was very impressed with the staff and the people. We had a great time and were treated like rock stars.

Great place and good bartenders! Got a burger, fries and three drinks for under twenty five!
