Dunkin'

1st time in this location. Visiting family close by. But staff was amazing. Fast service polite. Unfortunately a gentleman with a flat tire had made a bit of a scene bc the staff couldn't help him with an electrical outlet on the property. But the staff handled the situation very professionally in my opinion. I decided to wait til he left the property because he came back an tried to take photos of the staff. Fortunately he must have realized that this is not a gas station an went across the street. Way to go staff team for keeping your cool in a weird situation. 👍👍😁

This place is so much better with the girls and guys that are here now. They are always so nice. I stop on my way to work, and it's rare to have an issue with my order! Thank you !!

We actually forgot some of are food and lady that working ran out and caught us very nice of her and food was great 👍

Recently visited not knowing how to order our coffee, but with the help of the staff they were able to produce exactly what we were looking for. Unique and the her assistant had a great personality.

I did not have food. Went through the drive thru. Service was friendly and prompt. My iced hazelnut coffee was delish!!

Wonderful experience

The ladies here were doing the best they could to serve. Power was flickering on and off due to weather. Cash register, ovens out of order. They offered me my coffee, baked goods and hot chocolate on the house. The least I could do was tip them generously for their hospitality & hustle. There were still a lot of customers, even with rain all morning

I love the scent of freshly-brewed coffee, but I don't care for the taste, so I order either the Vanilla Chai either hot or frozen. The frozen is sooo delicious on a hot day!! The blueberry muffins are also very good with their soft interior and crunchy topping, but you want to get there before they sell out for the day!

Service was great. Coffee was delicious. Donuts 🍩 all look fresh & delicious as well.
Place was nice and clean. If you're anywhere in the area, stop in for a great cup of coffee. Glad we did.

Delightful! Ended up driving this way from detour off I-75 ... learned great alternate route through middle of Florida with an amazing Dunkin amidst horse country! Friendly service with a smile, nicely organized indoor seating area. The donuts and beverages are top notch!

THE BEST COFFEE! the people actually make my coffee how i ask. y’all need to teach the one in leesburg something, every time i go to the leesburg location my coffee is disgusting. i will not get my coffee from there anymore. But keep up good work!

Their caramel macchiatos are to die for!!! And if you go through there with a dog they give you a pup cup for free which has a plain donut in it and lots of real whipped cream it's huge they are very clean and very courteous

Very friendly staff. The ladies were kind and sweet and cheerful. Exactly what you need during troubling times during Covid 19. Thank you ladies for making my trip delightful stop in for treats.

I was greeted at the door with the door held open by a staff member “Deja” she went out of her way to be friendly and made me feel welcomed!

This is the only Duncan that makes the Charli the correct way and also its the only one where my iced caramel latte tastes good... Great customer service too!!
