Local spot for yummy Michigan ice cream. Clean place with friendly staff. Family run business that shows their appreciation. They have nice outdoor seating but our daughters love playing in the children's corner inside.

Took the family out for ice cream tonight and the staff working behind the counter was top notch. They were super happy with genuine smiles. I could tell they enjoyed their job, which speaks highly of the management and the owners. Very, very friendly with amazing customer service. Their ice cream is also amazing, with so many choices you can't go wrong:) 5 STARS!

First and for most. This family is the most wholesome. The ice cream is creamy and full of flavor with so many toppings to choose from. Hands down great place to cool down on a hot summer day with good vibes.

Super clean and super nice staff, stopped in for a quick snack and was blown away by the taco! Appreciated trying a couple of samples before making my decision. Will be stopping by again for more tacos and combinations.

Found this cute place while googling ice cream to fulfill a craving and thought the name was too cute to pass up. I ended up with some delicious bubble tea which I usually have to venture far out to get. I was surprised by the wide variety of ice cream flavors which looked good too. We were welcomed in by a very friendly employee who with pride told us about the place and menu. They have indoor seating, but also a cozy patio with a nice swing to sit and enjoy your cone or cup. Check it out if you're looking for a tasty treat.

Randomly came across this ice cream shop and now we will be always coming back. I've never been to a ice cream shop that has a toddler toy area. Super friendly staff and a family friendly shop. Awesome options for everyone!!

They have such a variety: Hard ice cream, soft serve, frozen yogurt, dipping dots, smoothies, shakes, sundaes, etc. If you can't find a frozen treat here you want, you must not want one. The employees were really friendly and knowledgeable. It was really clean and they had lots of places to sit, inside and out. The kids area is really cool too. We also felt the prices were perfect.

This place is one of the best ice cream places I’ve been too. There are a variety of creative options to choose from. The workers are very helpful and I can tell they have been taught good customer service. I will absolutely be visiting there again in the near future, such a cute place!

Best Vegan Ice Cream Around! I have tried many different vegan ice cream options at different ice cream parlors throughout the Cleveland area and What's the Scoop has by far the best vegan ice cream around. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. Be sure to read the Mission Statement on how What's the Scoop began that is written on their wall, it is inspiring! If you live in North Royalton, OH then you are fortunate to have such a delightful ice cream parlor in your city, if you don't live there it is well worth the drive. I don't mind the drive because I like quality. They have many blended combinations and some very healthy ingredients options and did I mention the best vegan ice cream around!
