The staff at North Royalton Animal Hospital Paws at Play are phenomenal! My sweet-tempered, giant Newfypoo loves to spend time at the Daycare when I have projects that require long days. We have felt secure boarding her while on vacation knowing she is getting to play with other dogs, receiving love and TLC from the staff, and has the hospital next door just in case. The Hospital has been vital in keeping her healthy, determining treatments when she isn't, and also providing a pricing scale that gives me pricing options from high to low that offer a range of tests and treatment options to choose from . As a pet owner I know when my dog races towards their doors with excitement that she's in great hands!

I was only at North Royalton Animal Hospital one time. Our beloved little chihuahua of 14 years was not doing well. We had taken her to our normal vet on Wednesday and was told by our vet that she was not doing well and she could " drop dead " at any minute. Needless to say I was not going to have this person take care of our furbaby. On Thursday, it was obvious that our baby was not improving with the medication and we took her to North Royalton Animal Hospital. The staff there was amazing and genuine. Dr. Travis and Destiny were wonderful. They treated us with so much understanding and support. Totally opposite of the other experience. We did have to put our precious girl to sleep which was devastating, but Dr. Travis and Destiny remained there to support us and give us all the time we needed. A few days later this wonderful gift came to my door. Our baby's paw prints, some of her fur for a keepsake, the flowers and a beautiful handwritten note from Dr. Travis. Just meant the world to us. Thank you again, Dr. Travis and Destiny for taking such wonderful care of our baby. I would also like to thank Judy at the desk for her kindness on the phone. She was very empathetic and understanding when I needed it. Thanks again.. We did receive our baby's ashes in a beautiful wooden box with her name engraved on it. Brought tears to our eyes.

Dr. Hechko and his team did a great job with our girl Cali. She has a chronic disease (IMHA) so needs extra consideration when discussing routine treatments (such as vaccines) and procedures. Dr Hechko was very knowledgeable, understanding and patient. Answered all my questions (and I had many!). I would recommend this vet clinic!

Doctor hecho and his staff were voted top animal hospital in 2015 in North America and Canada. They are really good vet. I've been going there for the past several years. Maybe longer you save my cat's life. When other vets rode him off. He's a very good vet.

Holy Moses... Jordan, Dr. Wood and the crew at this place were 100%, sympathetic and empathetic to my situation.. I had just got my dog back from my ex after 2 years of abuse.. I walked in within less then an hour of when they closed. I pled my case expecting a spin and to be scheduled 2 weeks away... They all jumped in and Jordan snatched him up like he was hers.. they all stayed later then I assume they wanted to on a Friday and didn't leave till Cal was completely cared for...
Tell ya what it's situations like that will keep me going back and keep me pimpin them out..

We love NRAH. They are thorough and caring. Dr. Hechko gave our sweet Luigi a peaceful and caring goodbye and I am so thankful I got to hold him in my arms as he went over the rainbow bridge. Exceptional care.

We have been going to North Royalton Animal Hospital for many years. We are so grateful to Dr Hechko and the rest of his staff for the exceptional service they have provided to our pets.. We would not consider going anywhere else!

We have been taking out dogs here for a few years now. We first arrived for their services with our beloved dog chance who unfortunately passed on. They helped us with his back injury the best they could. We used them when it came time to unfortunately do what every pet owner hates doing.

That initial experience with our first dog has lead us to a great relationship and they are really the only ones we trust with our two ned puppers.

They may be slightly more pricey than their competition, but I promise you that it is worth it. Their facility is newer than most, I think it's under a decade old. And their doctors and nurses are top notch who really care about you pet.

They may try to upsell a lot of products and services, but what company doesn't lol. They are selling you stuff to give your pet nothing but the top of the line care. You can simply say no.

We got a puppy roughly 4 months ago and they have given him all his shots and vaccines as well as his recent neuter.

I am/we are extremely happy with the care our dogs receive at N Royalton animal hospital and they have a life long client as long as we have pets in need of care. I can't say enough good things about the place.

Remember when you read reviews about hospitals, pet care clinics, really anywhere that involves taking a loved one for care keep in mind a lot of emotion can go into those reviews. Again, I promise you this place actually cares about you and they understand some people love their pets more than others. They will take the time to treat you that way.

North Royalton Animal Hospital is filled with the most compassionate, caring, and competent staff. We had two cats with many many medical needs from a young age. We always felt they were in excellent hands and getting the absolute best care until the absolute final moments. When we're ready for new fur babies we know just who to trust them with. I cannot thank them or recommend them enough. We moved and stayed with them. They are worth the drive no matter the distance.

NRAH helped save our pups tail! He had what we can only assume to be happy tail and with their treatments and advice we were able to get it healed. They were very transparent and discussed price and options with us without us feeling judged or pressured by them and they were so kind to both our pup and us. We love NRAH!

Dr. Roach and the entire medical staff are so wonderful. The clinic has always been accommodating when it comes to appointments and is very helpful with questions and concerns. After numerous emergency visits, my dog recently needed to have teeth extracted and without knowing ahead of time, ended up losing 25 teeth due to lack of medical care from her life before me. The medical staff took such great care of my dog during the whole process and kept me updated from start to finish. We are very fortunate to be a patient at North Royalton Animal Hospital and I am thankful for all the staff that works there.

When we left our previous vet, after some very traumatic times saying goodbye to our last two dogs, I vowed to find a vet I felt would be more compassionate for our dogs and for us. I literally made an appointment with NR Animal hospital and screened Dr. Hechko and took a tour of the facility before making any appointments for our pets. It is all top notch. Every doctor and tech there does an outstanding job.This place, is by far, the best animal clinic we have ever worked with. I cannot imagine taking my two dogs anywhere else. Every visit my dogs and I are treated compassionately and with great understanding. They even worked for us for months (not an exaggeration) getting my rescue more comfortable in the clinical setting to get him less weary of being treated. We have used their boarding services, as well as the doggy day care without any incident or nothing shy of very positive experiences. I can highly recommend without any hesitation. Thank you, Dr. Hechko, and your entire team, or the outstanding work that you are doing!!!

The entire staff at North Royalton Animal Hospital is incredible. We switched after being dissatisfied with our experience at another vet office, and we are so glad we did! The staff here are so knowledgeable and compassionate, and the care we get is comprehensive and thorough. The staff here give our pets (and us humans, too) such TLC, and they were so unbelievably kind and supportive through a difficult diagnosis and the loss of one of our pets. Their work is demanding and emotionally challenging, and they provide outstanding service despite all of it. We are grateful to have found them.

I have owned animals all my life. When our puppy of 15 1/2 years was ready to go we called NRAS. The front desk was amazing. When we arrived after having two more weeks with our little girl the staff was astounding. Despite COVID. The nurse was an angel and the doctor talked with us and gave us reassuring words. We watched our girl go and they cried with us. Go NOWHERE else. You are not a number. You are family with them and they truly care.

My family and I want to thank the North Royalton Animal Hospital and their entire staff for the wonderful care they have given my elderly bulldog. She had severe skin irritations due to allergies as well as eye and ear problems. The staff explained how to properly treat and care for her, making us feel very comfortable. The staff and care we received was outstanding. We have taken her to many other vets, and none meet the standards that were set here. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone that is looking for top of line care for their pet.

I have been in the market for a new vet and ended up at NRAH last week when my dog was limping with a leg injury. Even without being able to enter the facility due to the current social distancing, I was very impressed by the care and service that this animal hospital displayed. After the exam, Dr. Hensen called to go over the results with me and spent over 20 minutes on the phone answering questions about not only the injury, but other questions I had about my dog.

The exam itself was about $10 more than my last vet but I think it was well worth it when I compared the amount of time and patience my last vet facility spent during visits. The facility I went to previously always felt rushed and I did not feel that way here. Plus, NRAH called me two days later to follow up and see how my dog was doing which I really appreciated.

Overall, very happy with my experience and I will continue to take my dog here in the future.

When my 14 year old cats regular vet was unable to see her as promptly as I hoped, I called NRAH and they were able to see her the same day. Numerous health issues were addressed in a thorough, detailed, caring manner by Dr. Shivak. She is highly knowledgeable, professional and caring, as were all the staff I had contact with today. I will be returning there with my pet as needed and will highly recommend their services to anyone who is looking for superior care for their pets.

I absolutely love this place. We bring both our dogs here regularly and they are comfortable there and love the staff. Recently our dog Penny had eaten something that would not pass and we had to have surgery after consulting two different places. Surgery went amazing and we were constantly called and updated with her treatment and after care, giving us peace of mind. They took such good care of her and now penny is on the mend. I trust this place whole heartedly with both of my fur children and will recommend them to anyone. And for the price, you get what you pay for. They know what they are doing and I trust them more than any bargain vet anyday. Thank you North Royalton Animal Hospital!

Dr. Travis, Destiny, Jordan, and everyone else we interacted with was incredibly kind, helpful, and patient with us.

My experiences at the hospital have been awesome. The doctors and staff are caring and make you feel that your pet is one of their own. Dr H goes up and beyond what you would expect with phone calls from him personally with test results that were performed. I would highly recommend North Royalton Animal Hospital if you love your pet as much as we do!
