I have had a few vehicles aligned there. They didn’t try to upsell me, they are priced well, communicated well and I will continue to take my vehicle to them.

These guys are on the ball. Had an emergency with the work van came through and fixed. It also have a great technology where they send you a video of the repairs needed in text message. This place is legit. Happy I found it

They folks at Conrad’s we’re wonderfully accommodating from beginning to end of my tire replacement.
They didn’t have the tire at the store, so they ordered it from the Akron store and I returned later that day. The delivery of the tire was delayed and the technician and front desk folks ended up staying 45 minutes late to get me squared away.
Throughout, they were, again, wonderfully pleasant, friendly and relaxed. The tech even took the time to explain to me when he pulled my car around, that the “low air” light would remain on til I drove a bit...and he had to have been ready to go home and relax.

Conrad’s was amazing! We broke down on the turnpike 5 hours from home. We were towed to Conrad’s and they had the problem diagnosed and fixed in less than an hour! The staff was extremely friendly and very welcoming. They kept us informed during the whole process. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing any auto services.

Great experience! I made an after hours, online appointment on a Friday night, for Saturday morning tire installation. I found a great price on tires, a polite confirmation call Saturday morning. Dropped my car off, received stus update call & video walk through of the repair. Returned to pick my car up, no up-sale or additional charges, service complete and clean! Great job NR Conrads, Ill be back with future needs!

My wife had a tire blowout. I expected her car to be tied up all day. They replaced the tire, aligned the front end and had her car back to us in an hour and a half. AWESOME Service

Very knowledgable and professional staff.

I came in today due to a very high idle when starting
(5K -6K rpm). No only did they find and fix the issue, but they also pointed out that my catch can lines (that came with the catch can) were pressure lines and not vacuum lines, causing them to collapse under vacuum (A little bonus knowledge unrelated to the issue I brought it in for). Because of this I was able to contact the manufacturer of the can, and they were able to confirm that they did in fact send me the wrong lines and are shipping me new lines as we speak.

This vehicle has a hefty amount of after market modifications to the engine. something that doesn't always make diagnostic work easy or even possible for many automotive repair facilities that aren't specifically geared toward aftermarket performance work. Never the less, their knowledge and experience prevailed and I now have my car back same day, with added peace of mind.

My family and I have been loyal Conrad's customers for well over a decade and will continue to be for many years to come.

I have been using the Conrad’s store in North Royalton for three years. The service has been great. I’m impressed that the service team does not try to push unneeded repairs like so many other providers. Today’s was the usual great service, but I must say that the two gentlemen at the service desk were particularly friendly and helpful. They do a great job of representing the Conrad brand.

I had a great experience. The staff was incredibly helpful and efficient and got me out the door as quickly as possible. I really like how they send you a video of what the issues are with your vehicle so you can make the best decision for how to move forward.

I have 295,000 miles on my Honda Odyssey and have been coming to Conrad’s in North Royalton for 6 years for service. They have always been honest regarding service and repairs. They don’t try to sell you unnecessary services and have the vehicle ready when promised. Overall I have never had a poor experience with any Conrad’s location. I always recommend them to family and friends.

Had a screw in my tire, came in without an appointment, 30 minutes before they closed, and took care of my problem. A bunch of wonderful, caring and polite guys work there. Would recommend to everyone

I had been having issues with an aloof noise coming from my car for over a couple weeks now. The first time I took my car in to Conrads here in North Royalton, It was 5pm and they don't typically take appointments at that time. Yet, Ed Mosley took the time to test drive it. Ed left notes for the head mechanic who would be there that next morning and set me up with an appointment. But it wasn't making the noise the next morning. Although it was frustrating at the time- they were honest with me and said that it would be hard to identify if it wasn't making the noise at that time. They test drove the car multiple times that day to try to produce the noise, and while it was there they did verify that there were no safety issues surrounding the noise, which gave me a sense of ease! A few days later I was able to take it into Conrads for the third time, while it was making the noise. Ed again took time mid-lunch to help with this issue. And yet again I didn't have an appointment, but the head mechanic took it for a drive and within 30 minutes the cause was determined. This time they were able to provided me with an estimate of the worst case scenario situation, they ordered the parts, and set up another appointment. I took it back today to get the work done and after some additional inspection they were able to more accurately pinpoint the issue, which cut down on the cost significantly. I highly recommend the whole team, Ed in particular was great to work with, despite the whole frustrating process. There is no doubt that I will continue to use their services! Came in off the street without an appointment and they were able to change my oil, coolant, rear diff and transmission fluid in a very reasonable amount of time. They also did a tire rotation. Very happy with the service I received, as always. Thanks guys!

Top notch service. Just got my car back an hour and a half before I said I needed it by. Also received a video showing damage/wear that needed to be addressed. Really takes the guess work out of believing people you don’t know personally saying you need “xyz” done. Staff is also friendly and thorough. Highly recommended!

Kory is phenomenal, one of the best service advisors I’ve worked with in the auto industry, I have been to the North Royalton Conrad’s twice in the past month and have been helped without any issues and given exceptional service every trip. Was on my way home from a trip with my family when I got a flat tire on the turnpike. I put my donut on and Googled tire shops. Conrad's came up as the closest to my location. I always expect to be taken advantage of when you're out of state and in an emergency situation. I can't say enough how great they were. Took care of me and was beyond fair. Got me back up and going. A flat tire really throws a wrench in the works but thankful Conrad's helped me out.

I have had my car serviced at Conrads for over 15 years. They have alway been professional. They people I interact with are always friendly. They have gone out of their way to make us happy including refunding money we spent on repairs after a replacement engine failed three months after it was installed and the manufacturer would not replace it.
