I have worked with Tsarouhis Law Group multiple times in the last 4 to 5-years for personal debts that I owed. They were very reasonable and flexible and helped me settle out some of my debts. Very pleasant experience that I otherwise thought would be uncomfortable!

While I was not thrilled to deal with a collections agency, they have been fair and helped me work reasonable payments out to get my debt cleared. Albert, Selina, and Jim are all decent people to work with.

We were owed a substantial sum. He’s very smart and efficient. Extremely happy with the outcome.

This guy is extremely rude to deal with. Made an agreement with his office with a kind lady who understood the situation called back a few days later to make the agreement official with paperwork and was told the settlement agreement was not made and i offered to play an audio recording for him of the offer made To which he denied and said he "didnt care" and called me a "smart @$$ " on a recorded line. Good way to VIOLATE code of ethics for FDCPA you degraded me and were vulger . Congratulations I have just filed a complaint with the FTC and will be filing suit.

Be careful. Lied about saying l didn’t have the funds in account. Lied about contacting me on the phone and via letter. Had my bank on the phone did a three way call. Wanted to try to get more money out of me , Guy is very rude over the phone.

Very UNPROFESSIONAL. Donot recommend!!! Everyone there is rude including the clerk. James is very nasty and likes to hang up on people. Not understanding at all & MONEY HUNGRY

It be nice if the "receptionist" spoke better English that you would be able to understand whats going on. He definitely doesn't work well under pressure as he likes to hang up on people and ignores your calls when you call back so someone else can deal with the problems he created. They claim they're recording you yet never listen to how they speak to people or follow the requests clients make.
Response to the company reply: Hence the quotation marks on "receptionist" meaning it's obvious the person is not part of the company. Respecting the requests of clients wants are more important I would think.

I got letter from them but I am dispute it on my credit repair company

Be careful with this place and keep track of your payments as they tend to not keep track accordingly. They never take accountability for their actions and will manipulate you and try to make threats for payments. They save your credit card on file without your permission charge it without your permission and every negative review response always is "not our client." They ignore your calls and emails if has anything to do with calling them out on their mistakes

These people froze my bank account after I made a payment towards whatever debt they claimed I owe them. I've paid the debt and now it's been over a week and my bank accounts are still frozen. Unbelievable!

Trying to get in touch with these people is nearly impossible! Stay away!!
