Why did I wait so long to finally try this place? These are the best burgers I’ve had in a long time! You know a burger is good when it’s just cheese and bun and you’re happy BUT the truffle fries are DELIGHTFUL as well! The NY dog is spot on as is the chicken! I can’t wait to try more items!

Love their Vege-Fi burger, we order this every time we visit. Grilled mushrooms and diced onions were a good add, with garlic aioli on the side. We always end up replacing for Pepper-jack cheese. Location is easy to find, good seating options, service was good and extra points for the Manager checking in with customers during the meal to ensure a good service and meal. Good visit as always, and we will continue to frequent here!!

Burgers that were pure perfection – with bacon and cheese taking them to the next level! The atmosphere added a nice touch, and the service was top-notch. Kudos to the super friendly and helpful gentleman who made the experience even better!

Wow what a great spot. One of the best burgers I've had. So flavorful. Great menu. Hotdog was great as well. Fries were delicious as was the massive onion rings. Whole family enjoyed it all. Will definitely be back very soon!

Really a great place to go for a burger. The burgers are delicious, the service is amazing and the people that work at this location are truly very nice and welcoming. Would recommend to anyone in the area looking for a quick and healthy meal and for anyone looking for a good spot for lunch or dinner!!

Burgers were flavorful, ordered the family fries and it was more than enough for us four. The strawberry Cider special was very summery and enjoyable.

The place is great, you must go! Burgers and fries are very good. The guy's name, who took the order is Chris. He was so nice, like I didn't come there to eat, more likely he invited me over! Super helpful, super nice. I would go there again. Thank you, Chris!

These are the best burgers I've ever had. This location has great service. They are all really nice! Great to have the beach across the way, too. The onion rings are also amazing.

Amazing service! Food was delicious and the workers are so kind. I come here almost every weekend with my friends and they are so respectful and are quick to make the food. Maryanne was so delightful and sweet as was everyone else, including the workers making the food. The bathroom was clean as was the tables and drink machine. They are always fully stocked with ketchup, straws, napkins, and lids.

Even though a bit on the pricey side, the quality and quantity of food justify it. Not saying everything is the best tasting I've had, but definitely worth repeat visits. The cooks personally came out to check on how our food was, and when one found out he messed up what type of fries someone ordered, he again personally came out to apologize and refund his money for the fries

The food was absolutely delicious! I'm not a fan of ordering from a kiosk, but we did, and it all turned out fine. The guys working the counter were not super personable. They only spoke if spoken too etc. They didn't really welcome, offer info, etc. I do wish there was more of an effort there. ♡

I love burgerfi. While their food is a bit pricey, it is delicious. The cashiers are always friendly and patient. I worked in food service as a teenager, and as tough as it is, all the staff do their work with pride. The environment is great. I wish I could give separate tips, but they only have a tip box for cash.

Pretty good slightly upscale fast casual burger spot. Fries with toppings are a plus. Store wasn't as clean as it could be due to an employee shortage.

I would recommend this place for burgers lovers. I ordered burgerFI with their standard additions and it was so delicious and juicy.

The employees are especially great making sure you have everything you want to enjoy your meal. The cashier Mina was very sweet especially when I made my Pre teen daughter order for herself to better her skills Mina didn’t rush her at all and made her feel more comfortable ordering by herself!!! Such a wonderful place definitely recommend to all Loudon county moms!!

Beef, Veggie Burger, with cheese, cheddar, lettuce, & burgerFi sauce. Yumm.

Their fries come in large portion - easy to share.

Burger was great, there was almost no line, the cashier was super polite and friendly, and the food came out super quick. Will definitely come back next time I'm in the area!

To be honest, I don’t know what all these negative reviews are about. I came with my husband and kids last night and let me tell you !!!!! They have the best burgers in town and also the best fries. The music and atmosphere is amazing and it is family friendly. I highly recommend Burgerfi at Leesburg and if you plan to go there get the urban style fries and swag burger and you will not regret it.
