Great guys, just replaced rotted out shower head without destroying more things, Great advice Great service.

Let me start out by saying that I am not a plumber. I was in need of some water filter replacement cartridges and a new shower head for my home. I stopped into Atlantic Supply and they took good care of me. They were great to deal with. They answered all my questions and made recommendations based on what I needed. Their pricing is also very reasonable. I really appreciate everything that they did to help me out and will continue to be a customer at Atlantic.

Atlantic is the nicest most helpful plumbing supply store I've ever been to. John and his family are absolutely wonderful, beyond hospitable and always make sure you get everything you need along with advice and helping with plans. Love coming out to their store.

Just want to thank Anthony of Atlantic Plumbing.For helping me with a faucet cartdridge for Pfister faucet, that is no longer made. He hooked me up with a similiar one by interchanging some components of old and new to make up cartridge that worked perfectly for bathroom sink. Atlantic have people that are very friendly,helpful and very knowledgable of all of your plumbing needs. I will never again go to a big box store for any plumbing n heating parts. I went into this place as a typical homeowner hack trying to figure out a way to fix the plumbing issue with my reverse osmosis water system. One of the guys there, Ryan, was incredibly helpful. He not only gave me all the supplies I needed, he offered helpful advice and went out of his way to call another business that was able to help me out further. I'll gladly be back here for any future plumbing needs.

The whole staff was really polite and super helpful. They managed to keep a straight face when I called the shut off valves, "the water turny offy thing" and not only didn't make me feel dumb but actually deciphered my jibberish and got me what I was in search of. They are well stocked with what is on display and pricing was more than reasonable. Would definitely reccomend

The staff has always been helpful. I have limited knowledge of plumbing materials. When I do have to go in here they take the time to make sure they understand what you need. They do not look down on you for not knowing what you need.
Let's support our local businesses not some national chain. Where if you find an associate you have more knowledge than they do.

Extremely helpful staff. I purchased a repair kit for a sillcock faucet. When I disassembled the unit I thought I would need a new stem. When I returned with the old stem, rather than just sell me a new one, the gentleman rebuilt my unit with the repair kit. A significant savings.

I started going here because it was the closest to one of my properties. I now go here for all of my plumbing needs. I have dealt with all the staff members, and they always make sure I am satisfied. That is one reason I keep going back. The other reason is their prices are usually better than the big chain stores, and they are a lot more knowledgeable.

Hello to all. Another great company that I will miss dealing with. I am selling all of my houses, so I probably won't need their services, any longer. The people who work here like to joke around. But when it comes to furnace supplies, there's no better company, that I have found. Because I am selling my properties, I had to return the extra supplies, that I no longer need. They were willing and able to take the supplies and refund my money, with no hoops to jump through. And in the past few years, they have even assisted me, by finding reliable furnace specialist, that could fix my furnaces, when I didn't know what to do. I will truly miss dealing with them.

Family owned and operated the way business should be! The family and all staff will take care of you and are very knowledgeable. Don't go to big box stores for your plumbing needs! These folks have better service and better prices!

I am seeing restricted flow on a bathtub faucet. I was convinced it was a bad cartridge, even though it’s less than 3 years old. I even tried soaking the cartridge in vinegar for 2 hours.

The cartridge isn’t available at Home Depot (I store or online) or on the Danze website. Atlantic had the cartridge in stock. But they said I should contact Danze because they have a lifetime guarantee. Atlantic even offered to let me buy one and get full credit if Danze gives me a cartridge that I can return to them. Gave me a schematic of the shower assembly for use in speaking with Danze.

After asking it anything else could be the issue, he brought out a shower assembly and showed me the two shut off valves that could be the issue. He told me how to clean them.

Lastly, he told me how to determine if the cartridge or shutoff valves are the issue.

Amazing knowledge and customer service!

I'm not a plumber but needed help with a job I was doing at home. The staff here was knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me. I haven't encountered this level of help and service in years... maybe ever! Truly grateful.

Stopped by to get a replacement faucet and not being a plumber I was a little apprehensive of the kind of service I would get. I ended up getting far better service than I expected and the faucet they recommended turned out to be perfect for my needs.

Helpful staff. We went in to buy a hard-to-find part, and one of the staff members helped us troubleshoot what may actually be our problem. He didn't have to go above and beyond to help us, but he did and we appreciate that a lot.

The most knowledgeable, kind, and patient family owned and operated plumbing business I've ever been to. They literally have everything and are able to come up with solutions to the impossible. I'll never go anywhere else.
