Dunkin'

I just stopped in this Dunkin' Donuts for the first time last week, the first week of October of 2023. The store near me, never has what I want they're always out of it or they only get certain things on certain days. When I went to the Brooklyn Dunkin' Donuts, I found they had apple cinnamon filled donuts everyday. The one that I go to, doesn't, they only have them on Saturdays. I'd say it's a win-win for Brooklyn.

Friendly quick good service, fresh donuts. Fresh coffee.

Pleasant experience. Service was polite, slightly friendly, and super speedy despite lunch rush.
I'd say the quality of the food and coffee was above par, and given that they had a car line easily around the building... Kudos!

Best Dunkin I've EVER been to. Courteous, knowledgeable staff. Correct orders and fresh products. If it supposed to be hot, it's hot. If it's supposed to be cold, it's cold. Best DD ever!! Thank you Brooklyn CT DD 😘

i just have to say i lost all faith in dunkin donuts because everytime i went and ordered a sandwich the bagels were always so chewy i could barely stand to finish the sandwich. my wife and i went here tonight and this is hands down the best dunkin experience i’ve had in such a long time. the sandwiches were amazing the coffee was amazing if i ever need a dunkin fix this is the place im going to because i know theyll do an amazing job!

If you need a pick me up anytime of the day, stop by Dunkin' Donuts, fresh cup of coffee, friendly atmosphere, fast service, Grab a Breakfast sandwich, or a donut or 1 of each. Great way to start a morning!

This was my first time at the new location. OMG what an improvement to the last one. She greeted me properly through the drive thru, gave me a few sales pitches and I was in and out in less than 3 min. Great team on today. AND my coffee was perfect... It's been awhile since a Dunkin has gotten it right. They didn't miss a mark anywhere. Perfect service today.

TERRIBLE customer service!! Associates are more focused on drive thru and mobile orders. No greetings either. Feels like we are an inconvenience to them. Awful!

Still one of the best DD chains around. They have the greatest staff!!!!!!!!! Be careful about driving in and out there has been a lot of accidents there since it opened.

Cant go into may places of connectuit due to virus but there services and hospitailty was quick responsive friendly and respectful toward you and with your order through the drive through

This dunk in is the best...quick, gets it right, and remembers your order if you go in after a couple of times, great crew all shifts.

Always good service at their drive through. Fastest drive through for a dunkies in the area.
