I get many of my home project items here. Usually have whatever I'm looking for.

What can I say about the local neighborhood home Depot, great people and they have everything you need and plenty of places to park... Yes yes

Large home improvement store in Coventry. They offer tons of supplies for your home at typical Home Depot prices. Staff is typically pretty friendly here. I haven't ever had an issue when asking for help or advice.

Love to go and browse and buy things I didn't know I wanted or needed. Nice garden center as well

The staff is very friendly. They helped me pick out the exact size and style I needed to replace my broken equipment. The employee even got a cart for me and I didn’t even ask for it. Whatever I needed they had gotten for me. The Home Depot is overall a very good place to shop. The staff is knowledgeable. They know what there are talking about. Many times employees will ask other employees for second opinions or for help. No one tries to give fake news.

This is one of the best organized, clean, self explanatory Home Depot.. The warwick one is always a mess, Coventry Home Depot is the one to go to... the front end staff need some work on their customer service skills, and the way some of them speak to you, they can be rude, only some of them.
As Far as the paint dept. goes, there is a younger girl who works there during the day, she has been wonderful in helping me with all of my painting projects, she is calm with unruly customers, and has been excellent helping me every time I go there.

I hate their corporate politics, but I had the most amazing associate: Tricia help me out as I was trying to track down buckets for a project. She was so kind and helpful, not to mention tenacious! Despite the store donating apparently all their buckets (thanks..) we literally walked the store 3x and she rounded them up for me. Thank you, Tricia!

Couldn't find what I wanted so went to customer service to see if somebody could help me. She made a call, then said she'll meet you in that aisle. She had to get a ladder she got what I wanted and I was done. No waiting

I bought a new grill recently. Bob helped me from start to finish. He was friendly, kind, and went out of his way to ensure that I was a happy customer. I love my new grill, and the customer service at the Coventry Home Depot is top notch!! Thanks again Bob!!! 🙂

I've been going to this location for a long time. They've probably got the best customer service of any home depot (and most are pretty good). I appreciate that the store is always consistent with where everything is and how it's all laid out.

Lowe's is always changing everything around and I hardly ever get great service when I actually need help.

I don't need help often though. The app is fantastic. I search for whatever I need and it'll tell me what isle and bay it is in and how many are in stock. In the rare instance that I actually do need help the employees in North Kingstown never make you feel like you're a burdon. They actively ask how they can help when they see you instead of awkwardly staring until you speak up. If they don't know an answer they quickly find the person who does.

Even when you're just walking by and clearly don't need assistance they at least say a friendly "hello" if they catch eye contact. As a person who has spent his entire life in sales, restaurants, and customer service that means the world to me. It's a small gesture but it makes me feel they care.

The only thing I don't like is your Lumber. I use my local Lumber yard for all of that. I get much better quality for a similar price, and I'm supporting a local business.

Keep up the good work... And please don't ever get bought out by Lowes.... I hate that store.

Home Depot is always a great place to buy what you need to do most anything around the house. Prices are affordable. The staff is always eager to help you find what you need to complete your project.

Customer service placed an order that I couldn't place online.

I know everyone that works there works so hard to help you with whatever you need. I want to thank you all for everything!! And thank for making Home Depot a safe place to shop. And will do what I can to make the staff safe as well. TY for being there during the crazy Covid 19 mess.

I love this home depot. No matter if its a quick trip or an extended trip for a project, the staff are always pleasant and knowledgeable. I frequent their lawn and garden department and really appreciat the variety and health of the flowers and shrubs.

I did curbside pick up. Honestly because I was too lazy and wanted to make sure I got the bulk discount. They were awesome and helped me load my truck up with all the insulation. Very professional, very friendly.

It was a great experience! Jerry the guy that helped me was so helpful with finding what I needed. I also went through when it was black Friday and didn't have a problem with walking around the store. This is my new home depot

Being that number of people in the store is restricted due to Covid, it was staffed well and the lines were controlled efficiently. I went in during afternoon, and had to get some lumber cut...I was in and out in about 20 mins from start to finish. Good job Coventry store

Always plenty of folks around to help
