Taco Bell

I can only rate on service, the food was for Uber eats customers. I came in last weekend to pick up two orders, I've been doing this a long time and was astounded by the respect I was given. It was around 11 p.m so I thought the inside would be locked. I went through the drive through and was very kindly informed that I had to come inside. No problem. But people at other stores usually treat us with disdain even though it doesn't change their job. I don't get that but oh well. I went inside to grab my double order. I wanted to confirm because there were a lot of drinks on the shelf but my app was only showing one. A woman named Veronica was kind enough to help me sorted. Apparently they weren't mine. They were left by other drivers. She saw I walk with a cane because of my Neuropathy, arthritis and fibromyalsia. I was prepared to make multiple trips. That's what I have to do but you'd think more people could take a minute to help. They don't. I've been doing deliveries for 6 years between uber and doordash. Veronica is only the second person ever to help me get things to my car. I'm sorry it took so long. If the owner/manager is reading this, I'm almost positive it was last Saturday night. It all kindof blurs when you do it as much as I do 🤷‍♂. Thank you again so much Veronica and I hope to see you again. Stay you, we need more like you

Good as fast food goes. Don't visit here often but on the occasions I do it's fast friendly and order are right most of the time.

Whoever works here just always does a good job whenever I order thank you so much!

They always mess up my orders always forgetting some of the order or giving the wrong food

It was really nice for 2 people we ate allot for under 15$ it was refreshing to get some good ol classic fast food. Taco bell hit the spot and i even did a mukbang to it. The have good quality food that feels and taste fresh the staff was friendly yet efficient with how quickly me and my other revier got our food. I highly suggest going here you want some good for dinner or lunch

Very friendly employees, food always comes out hot, and haven't had an order messed up once! That's pretty much all you can ask for from a Taco Bell. Worth the trip over the Warwick location.

Two team members that I would like to make mention of for demonstrating outstanding customer service skills.... Faith and Lori. Both have made me feel as if my patronage is valued and excellent customer service it's very important to me as a customer. Due to the friendliness of the team at Taco Bell in Coventry Rhode Island I will continue to be a regular customer.

Jasleen (Coventry RI Taco Bell) took our order and she is DELIGHTFUL! From the moment we spoke to her handing us our order, she was upbeat, joyful, and appeared to truly love her job. It is always wonderful to see a friendly face during the day, and that day, in particular, it was truly welcomed!

This location is by far the best. The staff is very helpful, the. Food was excellent and there was soap in the bathroom🌮

This Taco Bell in Coventry, RI is one of THE BEST in the state, for real!!! The staff is wonderfully friendly and my order is ALWAYS RIGHT....OMG! It doesn't matter if the line is wrapped around the building or if only one car is in the drive-thru, the quality of their food and the accuracy of your order is ALWAYS ON POINT !!!! GREAT JOB GUYS :-)

They were very nice and patient while we figured out our order. The food was given quickly and our order was all there. The food was tasty as usual as I got my favorite 5-layer burritos.

The food tastes really good couldn't be better. The people are so nice, they give you lots of cheese meat and anything else on your taco, Burrito, ect. They have many options of souse each tastes good.

The food was delicious. The service was friendly and FAST!! I went at around midnight. I usually don't visit here but was pleasantly surprised!

I have worked at this location for over a year now and I can honestly say I’ve never worked with more pleasant individuals. Everyone always gets along and everything always gets done. Food is ALWAYS served fresh and hot and made to order. Even when there’s pressure with long lines and rude customers we grin and bare it and we get through it. If you’ve never worked in fast food then don’t talk about slow service.

I love taco bell, but this one in particular has one of the best employees working the drive thru. Food is 99% fresh tasting, my order has never been wrong and she is a phenomenal multi-tasker. Her name is lori incase your wondering. Anyways, with her working the drive thru always the best drive thru experience hands down.

Great service. Awesome employees work here. They actually care about the customer and demonstrate that regularly. Always more than satisfied with my food and the service puts it over the top.

taco bell is one of my favorite fast food resturants. My stomach isnt really tolerant of much grease but I love junk food. Taco bell has enough junk food that isnt total junk so I am always full and contented when I leave. This visit I asked for a Dr Pepper. They don't sell dr. Pepper but the guy in the window offered to make me something that would be tasty like dr pepper he did I have no idea what it was but it was fabulous

I'm writing to share with you an awesome experience I had at this location yesterday, May 30th 2020.

It was my daughter's 10th bday, and as everyone is aware that looked totally different with COVID19 than in years' past... So we asked her where, anywhere, she would like to get take out from to make up for the lack of a party/ friends and family gathering. She chose Taco Bell! Woohoo!

Upon arriving at the window to pick up our order, I mentioned to the young lady Amber that it was a special dinner, for my daughters birthday. She I'm immediately beamed at my daughter and wished her a very happy birthday. Then Amber asked if she could have a strawberry freeze to celebrate? I told Amber sure, we'd never tried it before but that was super sweet!

Another sweet young lady also wished my daughter happy birthday too, making her day. Thank you for going above and beyond during this tough time! We really appreciated it!!!
