Famous Footwear

I really love famous footwear it has all the nice fashion school shoes or just going out shoes,but one thing to keep in mind the shoes they have there aren't really sport shoes related so of you ever think about buying cleats/basketball shoes,wrestling etc,I wouldn't recommend this store. But if you are looking for everyday shoes famous footwear has you covered.

Based on my experience here, the store seemed well organized and stocked. Customer service was great. Very friendly and helpful associate I spoke with. No issues occurred. Would recommend and would return to this location again.

Found some sandals that I loved. They didn't have them in my size. They took the time to order them for delivery to my home for the sake price, no additional fee for shipping FedEx. 2 day delivery. Love the sandals. Great service.

I don’t think I have ever seen them not having a big sale. It makes it great if you want two pairs of shoes instead of one since it’s usually a sale on second pair or something. The selection is large but you have to spend a lot of time searching yourself rather than expecting employees to be available to find things for you. Searching through everything is part of the fun as far as I am concerned.

Joey was so helpful in finding the exact pair of shoes in another size. Also there was another man who had dreadlocks who was very helpful in determining my daughters shoe size. I really loved this store SO much more than the one in Olympia. The reason?, THE EMPLOYEES. At Lacey they are hands down the nicest, most personable. They are helpful at The Olympia store but nothing like at Lacey. I did go to both yesterday

The staff was very friendly. They helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I had checked online to see if they had the shoes I wanted in the store. The information online matched what I found at the store and the salesman was able to help me find it quickly. He also suggested other great options which was helpful. I was able to get multiple items in a size 14 mens which is usually difficult.

Tons of shoes here, all sorts of good brands, reasonable prices. Staff are very friendly, will help if you want help, or leave you alone if you want to do your own shoe shopping. Will definitely buy our future shoes here if they have what we need.

I went in today looking for a shoe for a formal event after first going to a different department store. Famous footwear did not have my size in a shoe I wanted but Thomas offered to order the shoe for me and even had it delivered to my home. He offered fantastic service and I would highly recommend this store!

We went in for a single pair of shoes but we got such incredible service from Charlette that I bought two pairs and so did my wife. We were educated and entertained, and most importantly, properly fitted for shoes. Highly recommend.

I was helped by a woman named Erin. She was amazing she knew exactly what I needed. They were so busy and helped everyone accordingly. I dont know her personally but she understood what I wanted and where I was coming f3om tysm . I hope u c this u rock

Went in for a pair of shoes for my friend that has foot problems. I asked for help and Mgr Erin helped us puff or quite awhile taking her time and helpful. She was the most helpful in finding us the shoes to fit our needs. I recommend her to help everyone.

Bought shoe laces for an art project, they were too long and they gave meca full refund. It's a big store with a variety of styles and sizes for everyone in the family.
