Great store. Have been a long time customer since they were located by NCSU. Jason and the staff is very helpful and provide great service to keep you to make you q repeat customer. Plus by shopping there you will be saving money on your ink toner needs. They will deliver it to you if you are close by also. Know they also have added a great service of uhual for all your moving needs.

I work at one of the biggest car dealerships in Raleigh and I knew I could be saving money on my printing costs but didn’t know how to go about it. Then I met Jason with Triangle Toner and Ink. First, we did a cost analysis between our 30 local dealerships and found that he would be able to get me the most savings. Not only that but it’s been great having a local printing partner here who can help me whenever the need arises. I called today as a first time customer, I was desperately looking for a color toner. I had tried multiple other businesses with little to no help from the employees. However, when I called Jason, he was so helpful and had what I needed in stock and said he could even deliver it at no charge with in the next couple hours!!! I was SO happy! I am the Computer Specialist at a large law firm in North Hills Raleigh. Needless to say we have dozens of printers throughout our office that are in high demand daily and that use different toners. I've been using Triangle Toner a little over a year now and I am so happy with how they handle business. Jason, the owner, meets with me weekly to go over inventory and any other issues I might have in the office. Prior to using Triangle Toner we were with another Ink company and we had so many issues with the demanding clients in my office. I'm a repeat customer at Triangle Toner and Ink, so I have two experiences in the store and one product experience. Both were excellent, which is why I'm a repeat customer. Customer service at the store is friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt. The first cartridge worked very well from the first print till the cartridge had to be replaced, one year later. The print proved to be dark (easily readable) and uniform on the page. The second cartridge installed easily and again the print is dark and easy to read. TT&I provides excellent value: the price is very good for a quality product. If you are a new customer note that although the store address is 'Six Forks Rd' the store is actually on 'Wake Forest Rd'. The store is located in the shopping center on the southwest corner of Falls of Neuse Rd and Six Forks Rd. The store itself faces Wake Forest Rd, behind Arby's.

Great prices... The products work great.. And I dropped off a few empty toners and the owner called me back in a few minutes and said Hey one of your empties isnt an empty one. So as I came back and bought 3 more that day because his honesty and stocked up some.

Matt is awesome. He sold me the product I asked for, I saved some money, and even got other people to want to come buy ink. If you are tired of getting ripped off for ink cartridges, go to Triangle Toner & Ink.

How awesome to be able to pick up toner right when you need it! Not only did they have what I called for, they had it waiting at the counter when I arrived. Great service, great price, and great personality!! I will definitely be back!
