Christy is great- she helped fit me in the schedule last minute before a long trip and was very friendly and communicative throughout the process. I've been here a couple of times and the work was reasonably priced and I wasn't upsold on unecessary work or maintenance.

I am one of those people who has horrible luck with mechanics and I feel like I’m always getting ripped off. I previously brought my car to the dealership and was quoted not only an absurd price but they told me I had a significant amount of maintenance to do on my vehicle. Well surprise surprise, I brought it to Shelley’s and they were incredibly pleasant, kind and quoted me a reasonable price. Christie was very lovely, expedited my car before the weekend and told me what actually had to be done on my car. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I have a high mileage vehicle and vehicle overheated while driving. I was afraid that I had blown the head gasket. Paul assured me that the test didn't show any head gasket issues and only need a new cooling fan unit. The repairs were performed flawlessly and my high mileage vehicle is running great again. The staff from the front office keeping me informed to the owner giving me his personal attention will keep me going to their business.

Shelley's has been my family's go-to mechanic for close to, if not over 20 years. They have always treated us right, always been very communicative and helpful with working on short notice/shorter time frames, has always had very fair pricing, and most importantly, has always been friendly and a breeze to work with. I always feel like my truck is in good hands when it is at Shelley's. They always have a smile on their face and having a reliable, trustworthy mechanic is such a peace of mind I couldn't imagine not having the trust that I have with Shelley's. Couldn't recommend them more.

I think it's a difficult thing to find a company that genuinely cares about their customers. However, I have been a loyal patron of Shelley's for many years due to this very reason. They give you fair price and honest work. They get 5 five stars from me even though I think they're a 10!

Honest and helpful. The mechanic clearly explained all my car’s issues and suggested that I think about getting a new car instead of fixing it. I took his advice, and they gave me the keys without charging me a dime. When I do get a new car, I know where I’ll be taking it.

I was in a hurry to get smog check for vehicle registration. When I walked in yesterday without appointment they accommodated my request with no time. The service was fast and everybody was super nice. Lucky to have Shelly's in our neighborhood!

I am from Washington, but ended up in the area due to a business conference being held nearby to Shelley's location. My fiance loaned me his car to drive, but - bless his heart - it was a hot mess. Shelley's was pretty busy, but they let me know that they would help me fix a few major deferred maintenance issues. From the very start they went above and beyond my expectations. They were there late each day, working hard not just for me, but for all of their customers. They kept me informed throughout the entire process, and their prices were so reasonable that I found myself asking if I could offer them more for their services but the owner refused! I would absolutely make this my shop of choice if I were closer. The owners are wonderful people, extremely informative, honest, hardworking, and shared in my excitement through the entire process. Definitely bring your car to Shelley's if you're in the area - they really are the best!

Best mechanic shop in the area, maybe even So Cal. This place has always been great. Impressive customer service and very knowledgeable mechanics that won’t try to dupe you out of money. I recently moved out of state, but I will definitely miss taking my car here 😭

At the office, Krissie keeps the place a humming. She knows the business. The safety check is a must. The quality of work is good and I have complete trust in there work. They are honest and up front with need attention now and what can wait.

These guys are FANTASTIC! After finding them a few years ago, they have been the only place I've taken my 2010 Ford Flex for service. Christy in the office is the sweetest, most helpful person you could hope for in an auto shop front office. Paul (one of the owners) provides incredible service on the technical/repair side. I have been perpetually shocked at how up-front and fair they have been with pricing. Never have I felt they were taking advantage of me by advocating for service that wasn't needed. Quite the contrary, they have always suggested economical ways to solve all the problems my Ford could serve up.
