Jose Limon helped me with our daughter's car. It stopped running, and it was because of an electrical short from a broken headlight. Not only did he have the service personnel work on that issue, but he made certain everything else on the car was fixed that needed repair. He was professional, thorough, and accurate about the amount of time and the approximate cost of the repairs. Honda of Thousand Oaks has an exceptional service department with caring and knowledgeable staff and repair personnel.

I have been using Honda of Thousand Oaks service since 2017 when my CRV was new and never had any issues. Unfortunately that is no longer the case. I scheduled a A1 service two days prior, which I'm told is a simple oil change and tire rotation. I showed up for my service (planning to wait as usual) at the appointment time and was told that my appointment was only with the advisor not for the service and that it would be 5 hour wait. The excuse for the wait was they were understaffed. If they had told me that at the time I scheduled the appointment I would have not taken the appointment and wasted my time driving in. As I only factored in 3 hours wait and had other appointments later in the day I could not leave my car. They offered to reschedule, but as they had already proven, their schedule means nothing. If you want a dealership with reasonable customer care I would advise you to look elsewhere.
