Recently we ordered products online from Sally Beauty and decided to pick those items up at the store on North Kansas Expressway. It was a flawless experience and on top of that, the manager Heather and Rosa the associate made sure I had my complete order and had everything we needed for our hair coloring project. I am very pleased with my experience! Thank you!

I went into Sally’s and was greeted by Leslie right away. Leslie helped me with kindness to get everything I needed. Definitely will shop at this store from now on.

Just decided to try Sally's for the first time and Rosa was so helpful. She even explain the process to my husband after she explained it to me, she even wrote the directions down for me.

I like it. Never had a bad experience, except a customer one day that was just being dramatic about an expired coupon.

Very helpful and friendly staff! They got me in and out of the store fast, and helped me find what I needed in my price range. Will definitely be coming to this location more.

Lady working the cash register today July 20th with a bun had a nasty attitude like a short miss trenchbull. I asked questions and got snapped at a few times, I didn't end up purchasing there due to that.

Have been in there twice and the service is very poor. My first trip, I purchased multiple items and was asked to buy a bag to carry out my purchases. Pretty sad day when a business expects you to buy a bag for your purchases!!! Today I went in and purchased a product that should have been discounted as I am a licensed Cosmetologist. After getting home, I realized the discount was not applied even though she asked for information to verify for license. Do yourself a really a big favor. Skip this store!!! Would give them zero stars if it was possible.

Red haired employee said I couldn’t dilute a purple semi permanent dye with conditioner to tone blonde hair. I said I would still like to purchase it. She said okay and then never put it in my bag. What’s the point of being an employee if ur not going to ring up the product I’m trying to purchase? Just bc you used to do hair doesn’t mean you know everything. Was very rude. Never going back

Never had a bad experience until now, could not find what I was needing to find what so ever. An employee asked if we are finding everything we need and I said no, because we definitely couldn’t and she then walks away. Then decides to talk to the other employee about un related work stuff. That would have been completely fine with me but they just didn’t help me at all and watched me walk out.

Been to this Sally’s a couple of times. Each time either my wife or I went to the store we’ve had problems with not only not able to find anything easily but also the employees there are extremely unhelpful. The employees won’t show you where anything is so you have to wonder around on your own. And if you ask a question you will get a beat around the bush answer or an answer to something completely different than you asked. Normally, I go to Sally’s on the south side of town even though I live closest to this one for these above reasons. But unfortunately I didn’t have the time and I had to fix a hairdye mistake on a time crunch. Never again will I step foot in this store and will go to a different Sally’s.

After going to this location 2 times.. I will never go back. The customer service is absolutely horrible. My 15 yr old son even was shocked! Really disappointed with their choice of employees. I will drive to Bolivar, where the employees have always been amazing, before I go back there!! I never write bad reviews, because too many don't take the time to post good ones, but that is how disappointed I am!
