HORRIBLE!!!! I’ve been trying to contact them for WEEKS and cannot get ahold of someone. At this point I don’t even think anyone works in the office because they never answer the phone. I tried communicating through the message portal about a claim from LAST YEAR and no response.

Absolute scam! Troll Epic and call after surgery done at ANOTHER health system. They lie about who they are and appear to be part of LVHN but are contracted. Give advice different from the surgeon and muddy waters. They should not be involved with care, especially out of the LVHN network. They should not be advising on medications and PT especially when PT can cause damage. They don't answer exactly who they are and allude. If my grandma got a call from them, she would have listened to their advice which is terrifying and dangerous. They form of verifying HIPPA and giving consent is a patient giving their name and DOB. Was told to use Tylenol and schedule PT, when two narcotics are to get used WITH Tylenol and absolutely no PT per the surgeon at Jeff. Then write ups with inaccuracies that could affect care are written in EPIC. There should be a class action lawsuit against these folks. DANGER is an understatement.
