Awesome service and prices they didnt have the sales paper like normal for the oil change special but no big deal just googled it. Ive always went to oreillys but the powdersville one was my go to i think that might be changing to easley

I called to confirm; if they had tires for my car, which pleasantly they had them. I would go back.

All of the staff is Great. The manager O'Dessa is awesome. Farrs Bridge Rd locations manager refused to refund a part that I hadn't had 1week. O'Dessa was a great help

A good place to get everything for your car

Stopped in today because of my check engine light and was helped by Anna. She was so helpful and personable. She gave me great advice and didn’t try to upsell me with stuff I didn’t need. She said she has only been there a few months but I never would have known based on her knowledge. I will be back specifically to deal with her!

Oreilleys auto parts is by far my favorite parts place to shop. The staff are always helpful and never leave you waiting. The hub store isn’t far from my home if the one in Easley doesn’t have what I need. It’s on Lauren’s rd if you want to know.

Not only did he check my car he tightened and cleaned my battery cables which saved me from buying a battery like the other 2 places had told me I needed…Thank you so much for going above and beyond, being honest, and saving me money. I've been in many O'Reilly Auto Parts stores, but this one seemed most interested in helping customer's.

This store is always helpful. They do their best to take care of my parts needs. I have had a shop account there for years. Very happy with service.

I had gone to Autozone and wasn’t helped and was only told what they could and couldn’t do, gave them a bad review but the guy working at this location today went above and beyond! Not only did he go out in the pouring rain, he told me I needed a belt and was very helpful and nice throughout the whole ordeal. Cannot thank him enough! Compared to my treatment at Autozone, this location definitely earned their 5 stars, will come back here for future car needs.

Went to a few different places trying to find a certain part and no one had exactly what I was looking for, even O'Reillys. But josh went above and beyond to find a good replacement that fit what I was looking for. Guy could've said "sorry, don't have it. Have a nice day and goodbye." But he searched for 15 minutes to find a good replacement for me. Dude deserves the 5 stars!

We were in town from NC and heard a whining noise under the hood. The parts technician on duty was helpful and tested the alternator. The alternator was fine, he said. He listened to the noise and even though we couldn't pinpoint the source, he was patient and supportive. It was pleasant to have someone show kindness. Thank you.

Every person I've dealt with at every O'Reilly I've ever been to has been professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous!... except that guy with the big beard at the Powdersville location... he totally ignored me for 10 straight minutes before I decided to chose another store... 😡😒🙄... but, in his defense, he was on the phone with a very needy customer and all by himself... also... don't fool with AC Delco 4-way lug wrenches... STRAIGHT GARBAGE!!!

Very helpful and cut me in and out quickly, but not to the point that they were getting you to buy stuff you don't need.

That Caden guy is the best extremely polite, very efficient, made me feel like I knew what I was talking about and very very understanding extremely helpful that is the type of guy you really want working for a company, this is why I don’t deal with any other auto store except O’Reillys!!
