We had a great experience with Fannings Appliances when buying counter depth KitchenAid fridge. The showroom had a good variety of options from different name brands and styles. The prices were great! All interactions from walking in the door to receiving our fridge were friendly and easygoing. Warranty options were fairly priced and delivery/setup fees were affordable. Highly recommend!

Was with a friend who was searching for new stove. I had recently purchased a new wall oven there. She found what she wanted at a ( comparatively) good price. It was delivered on Monday after purchase on Saturday. The only problem was a mixup in delivery causing her to leave work several hours before necessary.

We shopped the Wellford store and the Easley store in search of a new refrigerator. Both locations had a nice selection. Everyone was knowledgeable and pleasant. We found exactly what we needed in Easley. Nicole was super! Our fridge was delivered today. We received an email this morning with their route. We knew exactly when to start unpacking the old fridge. The men took away our old fridge and set up the new one. It took quite some time because of doorways. The new fridge is up and running and there are no bumps or scratches on the doorways. Everyone was great! We are most pleased!

Great experience, they allowed us to spend quite a while figuring out what we wanted (needed a new washer) and answered many questions. I also purchased the 5 yr appliance coverage by CPS through Fannings (they set up the warranty for you and everything, then you get a confirmation email from CPS with your warranty number about a week after the purchase). They also load up the appliance for you which is nice. Overall very pleased with our purchase!

Needed a new fridge in a time crunch since ours was going out. I was told about this place and found exactly what I was looking for. Ordered it on a Friday and it was delivered Monday morning!

Jasmine was super sweet, professional, and helpful. I had even checked their fountain inn store and none of the sales associates were super pushy or rude like other big box stores. I will definitely be back when we need other appliances.

Fannings is an awesome place to buy appliances. Nicole has been very helpful for me buying a freezer for home and a refrigerator for work, even went above and beyond to fix an issue with a handle and key for the freezer. We will definitely continue to shop there for appliances and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good deal on appliances.

Great place to buy appliances. Yeah they may have a scratch or tiny dent, but for the price you can't beat it and all come with the manufacturer warranty and if you want extra protection, you can purchase an added warranty of 5 years to protect you past the manufacturer warranty.

Forget the big box stores for your appliances, fanning's has anything you need at great prices! Don't be afraid of " scratch and dent " we purchased a washer from them and was hard pressed to find any scratches or dents.The service is second to none, from sales to delivery. Nicole is an excellent salesperson, she is not pushy, gives you plenty of space and is very knowledgeable about the appliances. The delivery guys were fantastic even taking time to show how to operate the washer . I can assure you that I will be a life long customer !

I went to purchase a dryer and was assisted by one of the employees,Will. I found exactly what I was looking for and he told me the price. Upon finalizing the sale it was determined the price had actually just increased $90, but because he had already told me the lower price, he honored that price. It’s very refreshing to find a business who is more interested in serving their customers honestly, than making money. I highly recommend this business for any appliance purchases.

Great experience! Lots of choices of appliances with good prices as long as you have magnets or kid art to hide a ding or two 😉👍! We bought a washer/dryer/fridge. Delivered when they said, installed and working within an hour. We made a mistake on one of them and they worked with us to get it fixed and exchanged. Thanks!

Before I even set foot in this store the customer service was amazing online. Replies were quick, Informative and friendly! Once we did arrive at the Easley location we were greeted warmly and immediately shown the washer and dryers we were in need of. Nicole was so easy going and friendly as well as informative. It felt like we'd known her forever. Purchasing and setting up delivery was extremely easy and quick and we walked away almost in shock with how easy and enjoyable it all was. My husband and I can't recommend them enough! We will always be coming to Fannings from here on out! Thank you for being such a great experience!!

Purchased a GE #GTW465ASNWW 4.5 cu.ft High efficiency top load washer from the Easley location on Monday 10/17/22. It was delivered on time Friday the 21st. The delivery men were very nice and respectful.The salesman Nicholas was very kind and knowledgeable. I spoke to someone via text messaging prior to my visit. They answered my quickly even though it was the weekend. This is a very nice, clean warehouse with many appliances to choose from. It was a pleasant experience to shop there and I will definitely use them again. There was no pressure and I was able to make my own decision. I chose the GE washer because it had many good reviews. So far I am very happy with the purchase. I've done two loads of laundry with zero issues. I highly recommend Fannings.

My husband and I were shopping around for refrigerators for our new home and came across Fannings Appliances. When we walked in, there was a great selection and the pricing was the best I’ve seen so far. The people that work there are knowledgeable and super nice. They didn’t try to talk us into anything we didn’t want or a more expensive fridge but simply answered our questions about the ones we were looking at. When we went to pick up the fridge they helped my husband get it securely on to the truck. Could not have asked for a better experience, we’ll definitely be back when we are looking for our next appliance!

I’m so glad I found this place online ! I need a washer a small dryer quick but don’t want to spend a whole lot . These people made it easy and simple for me . I looked up the machine I wanted online and went to the store to look at it . The guy that helped me was honest and helpful and got me quick delivery and installation the next day for a fair price . Also included a one year warranty on all their appliances which is great ! I will definitely recommend this place and it’s small business family owned .
