The veterinary service here is fantastic. They do a good job at making sure your dogs or cats need anything. They get it good atmosphere. Friendly people and they're very thorough with their explanations. If you need something done at the vet , The store is always clean, always stocked and the prices aren't bad either. We have 5 dogs and we brought them all there and got on their doggy insurance plan.

I had a groomer coming to my house who turned out to be unreliable. My sister recommended Pet Smart. They are great with my German Shepherds. My dogs get the works! I get much more for my money and it costs the same as my old groomer.

Dr. White found my dog has type 1 diabetes on a drop off visit. Her staff helped me learn how to inject my dog with insulin twice a day. They were fantastic.

My wife and I unfortunately had to have our dog put down today because of prostate cancer. The staff was very kind to us and our dog! We were very well taken care of. We appreciate the staff at Banfield-Pet Smart very much!

Besides being out of crickets a lot, every staff member we have spoken to has been great, we never buy animals, I'm in rescue, but my daughter purchased 2 very lovely and healthy budgies we have been training with great ease, and also a juvenile leopard gecko. Tanks are clean, and though I like to push people towards adoption, this is a pretty nice store!

Just had our first groom for Cinnamon with Jennifer, it was a great experience! She came home a happy puppy, her nails looked amazing (they really needed to be trimmed and filed down), and the team did a great job of explaining the whole process and letting us know when she’d be done by giving us a call! Will definitely be back next time she needs a groom.

My son recently bought a hamster with his allowance. They staff was friendly and able to answer questions, the store was clean and our little guy is doing well.

Great place, little light on fish but overall would definitely recommend it 👌 👍

My sweet dog Bones, passed away last week.I called and I asked Dr Farmer and her staff if they would take care of the cremation. She said we don't creamate here but we deal with a compassionate company that does. On picking up my 17 year old dogs ashes a week later, from Banfield Veterinarian Hospital.I received a Beautiful cherry wood box and it explained about the Rainbow Bridge.I can also place a photo of my Bones.
I also received, In Loving Memory, A Lock of Love....with Bones hair in a small plastic bag.There's a Certificate of Creamation,a pamphlet on grieving and a Virtual Pet Loss Support Group site.This experience through Banfield was and is so therapeutic for the grieving owner as they state in their pamphlet. "Paws Whiskers & Wags."

I found a beautiful husky on the side of the road.... she was very well mannered and sweet. So I picked her up in concern that she was lost... I was able to call on Easley PetSmart (Banfield) to scan her chip and ensure she returned back home to her owner safely! Thanks guys!

I check their website often because the price difference from online to in store can be extreme sometimes but they do price match their website. By extreme, I mean a kong and kennel I bought I saved $100 on when I price matched. Same with an exoterra tank and I got reptile mulch for about half price.

Sometimes it is hard to get an associates help to get crickets or fish but I've just got a habit of going to the register so they call someone instead of me hunting for someone on the aisles. Recently they've had someone greeting at the front asking if you need assistance as soon as you walk in. That's been nice.

I bought a large 40 gallon tank with front opening doors to upgrade my reptile setup and a guy inside was very nice and helped me walk it to my car. He knew his reptile stuff.

Petsmart, as a company, needs to update and change their standards for the reptiles' husbandries while they're waiting for their forever home. But that is my personal opinion. I also believe that the supplement pellets they sell for reptiles and the heat rock they sell for reptiles should be pulled from the shelves and never sold again. But that's my personal opinion as well. At least they offer a variety I guess but I'm not buying those. Coil uv bulbs should be pulled from the shelves as well...

I also wish they had herpitologist vet onsite. All they were able to do was recommend me to another place when I needed a vet. I got one but it would have been great if they just had one there like they do for cats and dogs.

I rarely write reviews but an employee in your Easley store, James, was so helpful regarding a Betta fish we purchased today and I wanted to recognize him. He was very knowledgeable, polite and happy to help us get everything we needed to properly set up his habitat. As a veterinary professional, it brought me joy to see a pet store employee like James that actually cares for animals and not just a paycheck. I hope he sees this and knows we appreciate him! We are enjoying our new fish and his beautiful aquarium.

It was great like always. My dog Hershey got a bath and brush then a nail grind she felt great and I did too..

Cannot recommend the staff here enough. They treat your pet thoroughly and as if they were one of their own. I receive a phone call the next day from a staff member checking up on my pup. The vets are knowledgeable and incredibly caring. I feel like my pup gets the best care possible.
