I think the lady's name was Heather. But either way her and Tyler where great to deal with. She schooled me on my "feet" and basically told me what boot I needed. How ironic. But it was a nice and knowledgeable experience. Tyler thank you for your service buddy. And trying to sell me the cow print boot Jack!! That was a good joke!!

Went in to buy my son a pair of boots, he's very particular. He's a size 13. Staff was very helpful, helped me find the perfect pair and checkout was pleasant and fast! Good quality boots, love them!

If you can't find your boots in there they probably don't make them. Nice, comfortable atmosphere, employees are helpful when you need them and back off when you don't need them. I never noticed how wore out my boots were until I got new ones. Hey, don't judge, I wore them 6 years.

The store is quiet and well stocked with anything you might need in boots and western apparel.

This is now my favorite Boot Barn. I have been to many. Found a pair of Old Gringos in store and in my size! Usually I order online and ship to store. Products can run cheaper online too. Shop the Country Outfitters and Shepler's online. They usually have sales and will ship to a Boot Barn. Sign up for the Boot Barn rewards program to get those discounts. Overall Boot Barn has cool stuff that you don't see anywhere else.

Drove an hour away just to go here. Great selection of boots all sizes, even had wides for my feet. Ended up buying 3 pairs from them that day. Will definitely be back!!

This was absolutely a great experience. My first time ever going to Boot Barn and my cashier was awesome, she went above and beyond and she definitely deserves a pretty good raise for her hard work and excellent customer service skills.

Bought a pair of Ariat’s here today, the staff was nice and they got many boots to choose from, their also easy to find in your size because they have each section labeled by size and style. Very happy

Great .very helpful ,knowledgeable,actually I never go anywhere else than boot barn because they treat me as a valued customer.i buy all my boots there ,but every once in a while I'll have a pair that were a gift and those are always the ones that tear up,or have to be returned for some reason.when that happens ,even if that particular manager doesn't know me personally,they investigate whatever's actually wrong with my boot(I'm really hard on boots)and see I'm a regular customer ,and always within reason replace my defective product .even when it's a gift,and I don't have the paperwork.when they see my account and that I buy multie pairs a year ,they treat me as I should be treated ,like a repeat customer.

I have a hard time finding shoes/boots that I can stand, because of health problems. A man working explained about the different styles round toes and square toes. I came home with a new pair of Justin boots that I really like.

My husband gets his work boots here and only here. Wonderful Selection and excellent service
