The people who work here are always so genuine and accommodating. It's always a pleasure to go there, whether I go inside and sit a while, or breeze by the drive-thru.

What could beat a fantastic view of Mt Shasta from the patio area? The baristas are friendly and there are multiple choices for seating.

I don’t typically review Starbucks but this one is very nice. We live full time on the road so I have seen a few hundred. This Starbucks gets the Shasta vibe they are really great to everyone. They gracefully let the characters of Shasta, including us, hang out and charge their stuff. They have super modern facilities and the employees are truly friendly. Sadly Seven Suns the independent in town is the exact opposite we call it “Seven Sneers.” This Starbucks is wonderful and so Shasta.

Very nice people. Good experience always. A nice dude remade my drink and let me keep the incorrect one❤ I recommend but always check out the local joints if your not from around here!

Ordered drinks here and the atmosphere was very nice. I ordered a Dragonfruit Lemonade, and my husband ordered a Pineapple Passionfruit Lemonade. He liked mine better than his 😆. But aside from that, the staff was very friendly and good-natured. Loved our experience. Will definitely be back.

Seaora was An awesome employee I was kind of a pain in the butt asking last minute for whole milk and she had no problem fixing it for me, I didn't happen to get the cashiers name but she was also super sweet in getting me pricing on the drink I wanted.

I can be more happy with Starbucks in town, still and no drink coffee, they have so many other good options in drinks and some snacks and sandwiches, plus give away jobs for people in town in this hardest time, the service is super good, the place is clean and have a wonderful view to the mountain and the black butte, some people try to put in down with bad comments, because one local coffee place is afraid or whatever, honestly anyone is free to choose what place to go and buy drinks, food or whatever, please leave the drama in the side and enjoy this fabulous place!

Finally a place open past 2pm. I understand local competitors are upset, but some of us like coffee after work and don’t want to hang out in our cars while we enjoy a beverage.

Open early, nice service. I’m not going to give a chain restaurant a poor review because a local coffee place across the street has people giving this place bad reviews. Do better.
