Best Western Plus Tree House

Location perfection for a traveler! Close to the 5, gas and food. Not sure why they have recent negative reviews but I think this place is GREAT! My room was small but very clean. Not like I needed a lot of room for just a place to sleep while driving back to Vancouver from so cal. Check in was fast and easy and my room was warm upon arrival. I got a Mountain View room which was blocked by trees but still beautiful. Lots of parking right in front of my room making unloading/loading easy. My room was, unfortunately, near an entry door to the building and people were very loud (screaming tantrum throwing kids, slamming doors, loud conversations, etc.). Strange to me people aren't more quiet in hotel hallways ‍
I noticed lots of electric car chargers which I'm sure is great for Tesla drivers. This location is perfect and charming. Lots of traveling workers were here as well, and ambulances and other government vehicles. I felt safe and they allow pets with lots of area to walk. Definitely will be back!

Mount Shasta is a beautiful place to visit! This hotel is right off the I-5. Reasonable prices with all that is included. Very friendly front desk staff members and their housekeeping staff are very friendly. I requested more towels and gave them to me right away. Asked if I needed anything else. Tip for those who go to hotels and are happy with their stay, if you can leave a five-dollar bill, they work so hard and I'm sure it'll put them in a good mood and make their day.

Beautiful hotel! Clean, friendly staff, and lots of parking space, The pool is indoors which is very nice for when it is chilly outside, restaurant in the hotel, no need to go out and look for something else. Yummy food. I will be coming back.

Nice hotel, fairly close to the freeway, not too close to the freeway for the noise. The room was decent, and the beds were very comfortable. A large pool and a hot tub which are a must after a long day. The hotel has charging stations and also had a restaurant. The concierge was easy to deal with and was very helpful.

Best Best Western I’ve ever been to. If you’re staying in Shasta this is the place to stay. They also have an amazing indoor pool and hot top that’s open late. When we come back to the area we will only stay here.

Highly recommend! Perfect stop off I-5. We came for the indoor pool. Hotel is older but service completely outweighs this. Kind and knowledgeable staff who provided top tier service.

The Best Western Plus Treehouse in Mount Shasta was the ideal spot for our ski trip! Super convenient – just 20 minutes to the slopes at Mount Shasta Ski Park. After a full day of skiing, their heated pool and hot tub were amazing for tired muscles. We'll definitely stay here again on our next trip!

Got a great view of Mt. Shasta. Clean and peaceful hotel and the location was really good.

Front desk lady was incredibly nice, I accidentally booked the wrong day and she was very accommodating and switched it with no problem(booked on website). The hotel was clean and just what we needed!

Cozy rooms, nice restaurants nearby, and a spectacular view of mt Shasta in clear weather!

Traveling from L.A. to western WA, this was a great midpoint stop. The wood trim and paneling gave the hotel a warm and homey feel.

Last year we were on a road trip and the rental car broke down in the nearby area so we booked a room here last minute. The staff took great care of us. This year we made it part of the plan to visit again in a road trip and enjoyed our stay again. The staff was super nice, the dinner was great, and there's free EV charing for non-Tesla/Rivian by Rivian. The rooms on the second floor with vaulted ceilings were nice. We look forward to visiting again in the future.

Great stop with a Tesla! Supercharger is right on site. Haven't tried the restaurant but heard it's decent. Staff had been great, they delivered a roll away bed very quickly after asking.

This was by far the best hotel in the area we stayed at. When we arrived they had a dining room opened that served dinner and you can get a drink at the bar. But the next morning they had no workers to serve breakfast. So you would have to go to Black Bear diner which was across the street or down the road. The rooms were very clean. I had the best night sleep ever.

When we arrived, the hotel was in the process of tackling some mechanical issues that were currently going on. A representative of Best Western could see my disappointment (although this issue could not be helped) by the name of Shlomi stepped up and gave us a room upgrade at no charge. A very proactive and take charge young man! Happy to see the customer service that he and his team provided. Hope to see him again managing one of these hotels...:)
The area is phenomenal to view, staff were very professional- always helpful and always smiling!

Nice hotel, friendly staff. The room was looking a little tired and would benefit from an update. But it was clean and had an amazing mountain view. The on site restaurantn Cooper's was great. Dinner was really good. It was hot, fresh and full of flavor. Asher, our waiter was super friendly, attentive and even brought a bowl of water for our pup. Breakfast was equally good as well. Nice job guys.

I had a great time here, I was very well taken care of. The staff was amazing and they were very helpful.

We were snowed in and I was able to grab a room for my son and I that night. Staff was accommodating and very friendly. Pool and hot tub were up and running. Very clean establishment with an in house restaurant as well. The rooms were spacious and clean a little outdated in the bathroom but fully functional. The room was warm and inviting and we had a great night's sleep. My son built a snowman in the morning and we were on our way back home afterwards. Thankful for the hospitality and ease of mind to rest while the roads cleared up.
