Dunkin'

It's very quiet in here which I like a lot. The young man who took my order was very polite and attentive. He communicated with me about going to get more donut boxes versus just walking away. Great job on that!! The lady at the sandwich station you rock!! My sandwich was fresh, hot, and delicious!!!! The cheese melted so perfectly!!! Thanks again 👍👍👍👍👍

I love their coughing the customer service could be a little bit better but in general it's the right place to go to get a good cup of coffee

I have to rate this one at Dunkin’ Donuts the new one in East Hartford On Main Street everybody review and write what you have to say because they are doing a great job there business is clean they wash their hands everything looks good and they have polite people there go check them out and they have a awesome boss and friendly coworkers

09/15/2023 - Coffee was Greate, Staff was amazing. Building looks good after the repairs from the car that crashed into it a few years ago.

Great experience every time I go, which is usually 2/3 times a week. Coffee is made to perfection. Donuts/Bagels are always fresh. Customer service seems to be very young, but I’m very impressed with how well they handle busy mornings! There’s usually lines to the street but if you go inside, they handle you in less than 3 minutes. Keep up the great work

Brand new location, nice and clean with friendly staff. My family came from out of town and decided to stock up on donuts for the road. Sasha (cashier) was very helpful and friendly and the donuts and bagels were nice and fresh. Will return when I come back in town.

Seriously bummed that they will no longer serve lemons at any D.D...It can't be that big of a hassle can it? You may loose a lot of business over something so simple....

The coffee on tap is Really Good! The decor and layout is well thought out. They also have really good WIFI, which will aid you if you need to get some work done. This is by far, the Best Dunkin's that I've ever been in! I highly recommend this location!!!

The fastest service ever at a Dunkin donuts location.I stopped in this morning and didn't expect it to be super busy because it's Easter. If I ever buy into this franchise I would like to have the managers from this location in my stores,they handle customers inside and drive thru.To all the staff keep doing a great job 👌

Brand new Dunkin Donuts located. The location is perfect for those working around the area, specially those at The Founders Plaza community. Clean and fresh, obviously it's a new building. Great service too

They've got me already addicted to the Grab and Go App on my phone. To be able to advance order with payment, then Grab and Go while others are online, well, it's a good thing.
