I have lived in Sterling more than 30 years and I’ve always experienced very kind service and knowledgeable assistance. I’m so sad to see their rating so low I hope that other people who have had good experiences share theirs as well. We all know saying that, “the squeaky wheel gets the oil”. I’m here to squeak a positive note for the interactions I’ve had at this post office. They are great!

Some very unhappy customers have reviewed this place, but I’ve never had any issue here in over twenty years. The staff are very helpful and kind, and usually work in a quick fashion which I appreciate since I do not always see that when I visit post offices. This location has several self-serve kiosks which generally work pretty well, though on occasion after-hours the kiosks haven’t worked for whatever reason. If desired, there are many PO Boxes here which may be accessed during all hours even when the counter is not open. Also, this location certifies passports both new and renewals, and takes photos both via appointments. Parking is a bit wonky in the small car park with diagonal spaces and is pretty tight because of that. On the side of the building is a small road and two drop boxes for pre-stamped letters and small packages so you don’t have to go inside if you don’t have to. Cheers.

Wonderful service here. Every time I've gone for whatever purpose, they've been friendly, fast, and extremely helpful. No complaints whatsoever.

I can only speak to my experience and I've mostly had positive experiences here. Especially when I take weeks (sometimes months) to go check my P.O. Box.

The folks who work at this facility have bent over backwards to help me when I needed it. I have a P.o. box there and if they don’t see me regularly, they check to see if everything is okay. There have been times where they have had to explain something a second time and they have done it with a smile. I get a hello and a smile every time I go in there.

Ranier in the passport department was amazing,, we applied for our sons passport today and he was super friendly and accommodated us as we even forgot to bring our check book, I was dreading this appointment but my husband and I left so happy with his Sevices, he was even joking with my son and my son said he was so nice. Thankyou !!

I want to thank the people who work at the Potomac Falls Post Office for their willingness to help me. I couldn't open my mailbox on Saturday 9/24/2022 all of a sudden (the mailbox lock was working as recent as Tuesday 9/20/2022). I was expecting important documents from my insurance. So I called my local post office (the Potomac Falls Post Office). The lady helped me initiate the inquiry and alerted the mail carrier about the problem. The mail carrier troubleshooted the lock with me on Saturday, but we couldn't find anything wrong with the lock. It appeared that the lock has been changed even though I didn't request the change. I called the post office the following Monday 9/26/2022, and the gentleman helped me check the records and came to fix the lock the same morning! I got the problem resolved so fast, even my HOA manager was surprised. I am sooo grateful for the friendly and kind people at the Potomac Falls Post Office!

I come here almost every day, and every day the service is exceptional, the clerks here are professional and efficient, and there’s never a long line.

Staff is always super friendly and polite. I have been coming for years and it’s nice to see the same friendly faces. They are even so sweet to my son, who is impatient with waiting for mom to drop off my many packages hahaha! Thank you postal workers!!!!

Seems like a nice post office. I got in and out quickly and didn’t have a problem mailing a certified letter. The parking lot is a little small but not really a problem.

I had trouble with the formatting of an address I needed to send a package to. Everyone I spoke with was very helpful and professional and ultimately made sending the package a painless experience.

Well , I like the part when the old man score like basketball smaller box inside the plastic containers , guess he need more training on this sport. Lol

Our mail is misplaced every time some Times my Neighbors bring our mail and some Times Neighbors Mail at our mail.

The folks at the counter are always helpful and friendly.
