Had to be transferred between hospitals and Milo and Lindsey (pretty sure that’s their names) were amazing EMTs! After learning that I’m also becoming an EMT soon, we had great conversations, even though I couldn’t speak verbally at the time. Made the whole thing less stressful, thank you!

Lighting up your sirens in the alleyway? How is that remotely necessary… come on.

*edit* I noticed you guys pulled out of the alley last night with the lights on only and no siren. Thank you. Will continue to increase this review if that trend continues.

1 star for billing practices.
They say the entire bill is due 30 days after service.
They dated my bill a week after services, and it arrived in the mail almost a week after that.
They did not bill my insurance despite me attempting to provide it the whole ride, so now I have to pay up front for these services then deal with my insurance to be reimbursed.
Itemization was $1490.00 for paramedics, which does seem like a lot for 10 minutes, but the person treating me the entire ride was the fireman who first arrived (by 10 minutes) does he receive any of that or did I get charged $1490.00 for my "Uber" drivers? Another $126.60 was itemized for mileage... for about 2 miles in the city?

Opportunistic pigs. Almost two thousand dollars for a 5-10 minute ride. They take advantage of people that have no time to make a choice and are vulnerable in emergencies. They have quite the racket going seeing as they are the only ambulance service around..
