A gem of Western Mass. Great source for delicious raw milk (and a couple raw cheese options too). Always friendly, full of fresh, local food, and plenty of good gift ideas like soaps, syrup, and sauces. In the summer they also have an ice cream store outside. Say hi to the cows while you’re there!

My first time here today Amber and Bruce were very kind friendly helpful and so so wonderful the strawberry milk was so good my first time having milk where you can see the cows lol can’t wait to go back and bring my little nephew for ice cream and to buy some more things ❤

What a wonderful local farm store.l was greeted by a lovely assistant who has been working there for eight months and was so enthusiastic to tell me all about the store and farm.
She told me one of the chicken egg farmers is ninety one and has been a chicken farmer for seventy years and is a delightful character.
They sell local produce from coffee to cheese.
And l even had a chance to meet Luna and spooky two beautiful cows.

Valley Creamery to shop in their store and to sit outside overlooking the valley and enjoy their absolutely delicious ice cream. I am very particular about what I eat. Their ice cream does not contain any ingredients that are unhealthy such as carrageenan etc. The country atmosphere with the beautiful view of the surrounding farmland is spectacular. The owners are very hardworking people and very friendly. You can tell that they love what the do for their customers. All of their employees are also very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend that you visit Maple Valley Creamery and experience this unique place for yourself. You will become a regular like me!

A very quaint country store where you can buy fresh farm goods from raw milk to locally harvested vegetables. Also, frozen dairy products made my farms nearby, as well as pies and cupcakes. The staff are friendly and very accommodating.

Greeted by Milo the sweetest cat around. Got some goodies and headed home.

What a wonderful place! Clean, fresh, artisinal food. Expensive, but quality food, great when you want a treat like artisinal crackers and goat cheese rolled in chives. The sourdough bread is out of this world.

This is the place to be. Nobody around can match their quality. I’m not just talking about the final product but the whole system. Bruce is the best and loves his cows. I’ve known him for years and he only gets better the more I know him great staff and wonderful experience every time. Can’t beat the raw milk price and flavor here, or the ricotta cheese, or heavy cream, or curds, or yougurt, and it goes on.

I HATE that the raw milk they sell is so good that I don’t feel like using any other brand now. It’s just too good!

Excellent ice cream, delicious whipped cream, quick and friendly service, and a lovely location! There is also a country store on site. The cows that the I've cream is from are all around the outdoor eating area, enclosed by electric fencing - be sure to hold onto little kids! Prices were very reasonable. We will definitely be back!

When it comes to dairy, consumers in the valley want fresh local milk, cheese, ice cream, and other products from people they know (and love), and Mill Valley Milk Company has it all!!! From their on-site raw milk (in returnable glass jars or in plastic recyclable jugs) of various sizes, to their own unique ice cream flavors, to their artisan cheeses, skyr, and multitude of authentic local products, Mill Valley Milk Company has become a weekly stop for me throughout the pandemic. While many local businesses have seen a significant decrease in products, Mill Valley Milk Co. has evolved, grown, changed, and adapted. I continue to be amazed at just how much goodness fits inside the small area that used to carry just ice cream and milk. It is both a treat and a comfort to witness the level of care and detail put in to making this place stand out. Though it is tucked back from bustling route 9 in Hadley, a fair amount of traffic streams through the four-corner intersection where Mill Valley Milk Company resides.
All the staff are helpful, talkative and kind, and are very sweet to children. Their cows are not only well fed, but also cared for and loved, and it shows.
This is an excellent place to bring the whole family. The quality of dairy products is unbeatable. I regard this store as the best of it's kind in the valley. 5 stars. A+++!!! Also see

Great dairy, great ice cream. One of the few places that has raw milk if you're into that kind of thing

Love everything about this place except probably the prices but I have to remind myself it's for local farmers then there's no issues staff is great the milk is a must and the ice cream is delicious plus the goats chickens and cows you get to visit who are also very nice!

Went to their Scoop Shop for ice cream. Soooo, good!

Mill Valley Milk Company has a nice local farm store with a great selection of local goods. Their milk is of the utmost taste and quality. They also have a great selection of local cheeses, as well as cheese they make themselves. I highly recommend their mozzarella balls and cheddar cheese curds. There are also gift options available, like nice soaps and other local wares.

Fantastic milk in GLASS bottles that lasts a lot longer than their competitor in the area. Super choices for butter and cheeses too. Loads of local meats. A lovely selection of handmade and local products that are nice as gifts or just little indulgences such as soaps, chocolates, linens, and so on. Nice people, good way to support our community.

Love this place. Great people, products and scenery.
