They have the greatest customer service ever and outstanding work ethic!
I feel that they have the customer's best interest at heart on all occasions! I have been printing with them for the past decade or so and they have yet to fail my expectations! I always get my printing done way before deadline!

5 1/2 years ago, I was there early in the morning to have my flyers printed. I brought the wrong flash drive containing my material. I think my stress must have been at an all-time high that it showed on my face that one of the staff offered to give me a lift back to my office to pick up the right flash drive! Though I drove myself back - my stress went down several degrees because I knew I was among friends. They are just so helpful! And GREAT!

We needed to order a banner for our son's graduation party so we talked to Forest at the shop. He helpfully went over all of the options and even designed the banner for us! The staff and (pup) are the friendliest. I work with the University and they are always a great partner when it comes to meeting rush deadlines! I've worked with them on a variety of projects including: vinyl, stickers, pvc, posters, menus, etc. Personally, I work closely with Forest and Sean, both great team players with a can-do attitude. They have both delivered on projects and Forest even gave us his personal number for emergencies. Excited to continue supporting local print shops around our area!

I took a chance and asked CopyCat to design and print my sister's baby shower invitations. The staff responded to my emails quickly and were so professional and friendly. I was surprised how much cheaper it was to get the invitations printed at CopyCat versus like a Staples or Office Depot. I had such a positive experience that I asked them to do my wedding invitations a few months later. Their graphic designer has worked her magic on them and checked in with me regularly to make sure she was producing what I had in mind. Just saw the proofs last night and they are beautiful! I can't wait!

I have used Amherst CopyCat for years for all sorts of printing projects. But they really came through for me at the last minute when I and my fiancé needed some last minute printing of our vows. I'm always leary to order on line (may be my age) but I couldn't be more please with my order which arrived today .Everything was just beautiful.I absolutely love the quilt and everything else, definitely will be putting in an order next week again.
