I brought my phone in because I had cracked my screen. Kevin was beyond and above helpful. He was honest about the potential risks involved with opening up the phone. In less than an hour my phone was fixed and looked brand new. I give him 5 stars for sure. He’s a great person.

My family has been going here for many years and we always leave satisfied. Eddy is extremely helpful and honest and will be straightforward with you. Their prices are more than fair and the service is always great.

This place is great if you want to purchase stolen electronics. The owner is so kind that he refused to give a 4 year old girl back her tablet that was stolen by a homeless guy and tracked to the shop.

Great service from great people! Went in for an iPad repair and the price was reasonable and the turn around was fast! Definitely recommended for iPad and iPhone repair!

I just moved to Southern California and I was told to come to this place since I needed my phone screen fixed. I came there once and then by unfortunate luck I cracked my screen again 2 months later and came back. The service is amazing, great down to earth folks who run the shop, great estimates (I'm telling you the quotes here for screen repair are much cheaper than other repair shops and as a college student this is such a great place). Not only that, but they work fast and efficiently. I was expecting to wait a couple of hours to maybe an entire day since in SF that was the average wait time at repair shops for screen repairs. They did my repair in 45 minutes!

The guys at Air Tech went way out of their way to make sure I was able to keep my old phone number when I changed providers. The old provider wouldn’t release the number, it took Air Tech at least a dozen calls over 4 hours to get them to release the number. While I was waiting I watched him repair numerous phones, his knowledge and expertise is amazing. If I need a new screen or repairs, I’m bringing it here. Best phone center in town!!!

I took my lap top there because the screen was not coming on .
They adjusted the cable and my screen is ok now .
I have been going there for years for cell phone .
These guys that work there are professionals and honest .
I would 100% recommend them to everyone.

Just walked out of the store. Was very impressed by the service and competence of Kevin. In the past when walking into other reair shops like this one you get people who sell you the wrong things just to sell you, rude, and incompetent. Kevin did not pressure me, just gave me his opinion and the reason for it and then took his time to install the product. Thank you Kevin. I will be back

The owner of this establishment is a man of honor and integrity. I have done business with them many times and this time there was actually a hiccup finally. I had to turn my daughter's iPhone 6 and to have the screen replaced and while in their possession something happened to the phone where it simply stopped functioning. Instead of blaming me or doing anything else they did their very best to repair the phone and figure out what had gone wrong to no avail. So instead of returning me a phone that didn't work that had stopped working while in their possession he did the right thing and replaced the phone with a superior phone free of charge. These people stand behind their work and if something goes wrong they will make it right. I was already impressed with them before but I am so impressed now that I actually am coming on here to write a review to encourage other people who need their phones or computers repaired to give these guys a try. They're a small business and are operated with the highest of integrity and honesty. Just to prove how honest this man was my daughter was in there trying to find a case for her new (used as her old phone was used) phone that he gave her and she had chosen a cover but he pointed out the cover didn't have protection enough on the bottom where the cables plugged in and advised against buying it even though he knew our alternative was to be going online to buy the case. He was literally so honest he talked himself out of the sale. Now that's honesty!

We have been here a few times over the years. Amazing customer service. They are very honest and honor warranty conditions without any issues. They will be our first choise for phone repairs. They even offered to fix our watch battery. Thank you!

I cannot recommend this place enough! They are fantastic every time I go in with a phone issue or to pay my bill, they strive for customer service that you just don't get anymore at the big box stores. Eddie went above and beyond tonight helping me get a new phone selected, answering all my questions, and going through the long and arduous task of calling customer service to switch over all my info to a new service provider and was put on endless hold, but he didn't give up until everything was resolved and it was well past closing time. He said if there was any problems, to call or come back in and he would make sure everything was in order. Amazing business and employees. I won't ever go to Best Buy for any phone related issues ever again. Airtech is the place to go!

Cracked iPhone screen. I went in at lunchtime and they were really busy and they still got it done perfectly in an hour. Price is on par with everyone else around. The work seems excellent - he carefully double-checked the microphone, Siri, thumbprint, and speakers with me when I came back. Included (and installed) a screen protector.

Everyone at Airtech was WONDERFUL to deal with! Airtech's customer service is excellent: from daily calls updating me on the status of my service to helping to keep my service from being interrupted. They were always very kind and patient when I called or stopped by with any inquiries. Eddie, the manager, went so far as to call me after business hours to keep me posted. Lester and Fifi were also very kind and helpful. I will definitely continue to give them my business and refer them to others.

They are always so nice here. Every time I’ve gone it’s been nothing but great service, attention to detail and good prices. I always know I’m going to get what I need and be super happy with it. I don’t go anywhere else!

Came in looking for a privacy screen was expecting to pay 45 bucks for it because at Best Buy and Verizon’s store their like 55 and I ended paying $16! and was done in 5 min amazing service and great prices!
