After weeks of trying to obtain the CAD file for a survey they had already completed, they responded to tell us they will not be able to release it without us paying for all new services. I have worked with about 15 different survey companies in Austin and have never experienced such incompetence and shady practices.

I HIGHLY recommend using Exacta Surveying instead!

Had the same experience as Jared. Never received an original of the survey. This company caused so many issues with closing on our home. It’s now causing issues as we’re trying to make improvements to the property. I’m going to have to pay for another survey. Do not use Landmark.
