Vip Services Trash Removal

We are saving $50+ per month having changed our trash and recycling pick up service from Mountain Waste to V.I.P. Absolutely no /0 / nada complaints after two months. When I arrived home today my recycling bins were left so neatly, side by side - I appreciated the care!

I love these hard workers. Never had a trash company that I truly feel grateful for. They are affordable which is why I chose them. They are respectfull down to the last detail. For example, watched the wind blow over a extra can I had out after dude got back in truck. As pulling away he stopped agian jumped out and set can up. Not at all necessary on a busy day with so much to do but so thoughtful.

These guys have restored my faith in humanity! My car was stuck in a snow bank and the two employees spent well over an hour helping dig out my car and pull it out of a snow bank. I truly appreciate the people who work here.

We have used VIP trash for almost 17 years. The drivers are friendly. A few times we have forgotten to take the trash canister to the road and they have retrieved the trash! I recommend VIP for great service.

Great experience with VIP. Best price in the valley, recycling pickup, friendly folks, not some faceless national corporation.

I cancelled service with this business back in the spring. I have called them repeatedly to come pick up their dumpster which has been sitting at the end of my driveway since June and is an eyesore. It blows over every few days in the wind, collets water and bugs. They rarely answer the phone and seldom call back when I call to ask them pick this thing up! The last time I asked them to pick it, they were very rude. I was told the company was down employees and trucks, so they don't have time to get it. I wish I knew where their trucks were kept, I would just drop this dumpster off and get it off my property before it gets in the way of snow removal. Would not recommend to anyone! Call MRI for best service!

***Extremely Unprofessional *** Raising Prices Frequently *** Not Recycling *** Appalling Behavior *** BEWARE *** . After receiving yet another rate increase, it was time for me to do some research. I understand the need to occasionally increase price to match cost of operation. However, the frequency in which they were increasing my bill felt more like them trying to see how much they could get away with. Secondly, on several occasions, I witnessed them throwing my recycle in with the regular trash. I wanted to give them benefit of the doubt (maybe there are two compartments in the back of the truck?) but I could not turn a blind eye to this. I decided to call VIP. I was not calling to end my service, but I did want to give them push back on the increase, request that they notify me at least one billing cycle prior to any increase (they would always send the increase notice along with the bill that they had already increased), and ask them to explain their recycling practices to me. I called and spoke with Jackie initially. HOLY COW. I was not able to get past the question of the rate increase before she started raising her voice and cutting me off. The more she spoke, the more she raised her voice and cussed. She mostly rambled about other customers and their "Stupid Demands", none of which had anything to do with me. Completely irrational behavior. I could tell she did not have the emotional intelligence to handle this, so during a short pause, I requested to speak with a supervisor. No surprise, Tom the Owner, acted the same way. In summary, Tom suggested that they were the lowest price in town and I could take it or leave it ("This isn't F***ING McDonalds, you can't have it your way!!" That is Burger Kings' slogan, by the way, haha). Lowest price in town or not, I decided it is not worth the few dollars of savings to deal with Tom and Jackie and with a company that is charging "less" because it is not actually recycling my recyclables. I am contemplating what authorities I can call to have them look into their recycling practices. Avoid at all costs. Lastly, if you would like to judge for yourself, VIP's trucks can be easily identified due to the fact that they are junky, old, filthy, and less than road worthy. It is common to see trash blowing out of the back of their trucks as they are driving down the road. Clearly they do not care.

One star is one too many. After the first 6 months, they finally picked up our trash most weeks, but dealing with the admin side of this company isn’t worth the brain damage and frustration. Between the rudest receptionist/bookkeeper still employed ( I’ve been told she’s an owner ) , two unannounced price increases, receiving 1 monthly invoice out of 7 months & then being yelled at that I owe her money after I’ve requested invoice copies 4 times since March so I can pay my bill and received nothing... I would never go back to them even if they paid me to be able to pick up my trash. Save yourself the headache and go with someone, anyone, else.

I am house sitting in Redstone, and drug the trash out to the end of the driveway by 6:30/7:00a the morning before VIP was suppose to come. I left the house around 8am, and returned around noon, as I left I noticed that their truck was in the neighborhood. When I returned at noon, I accidentally drove past the can (it's a long driveway) and came back to get it a little later. After being home a couple hours, the dogs began barking and we saw a bear. So, we walked down the driveway to grab the can only to find that our trash had be strung out all over the end of the driveway and to the neighbors. Thanks VIP for teach this bear that there's food here and NOT picking up our trash like you were suppose to. Lets keep our fingers crossed that you're able to do your job this morning.

Took a week to get ahold of someone. And when we finally did they forgot to come to our house for 2 weeks. Ended up just canceling . She didn’t seem to care at all about business or helping us.

Do not waste your time with this business. Some of my neighbors use this service so I decided to try them as well. They have all the info they need and also have my money but haven’t picked up my trash in over two months. I have called multiple times with no answer. Don’t waste your time and money, use a different service.

Horrible service, they never return calls, they miss trash pickup, and they are one of the least reliable businesses we've ever had the misfortune of using.

On the website , its talks about "attentive" staff. I have found after several calls and texts, if this what attentive is.......VERY difficult to get a hold of anyone in the office.

Extremely rude! The older man who picks up trash, who is possibly also the owner, is awful to his customers and his employees.

Never answere there phone or call back .. Drivers are ok but customer service and support is defiantly lacking at the home office
