Kristina provided exceptional service and always with a positive attitude. She was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Her responsiveness was great!

I purchased a new mattress, box springs and lock queen frame today from Kristina at Denver Mattress in Glenwood, CO. She greeted me as soon as I walked through the door, listened to me very carefully and helped me purchase exactly what I needed/wanted. She answered all my questions, is very knowledgeable about their products, and was both personable and professional. It was a very pleasurable experience and I'll visit this store again.

I bought a bed in the Glenwood Springs, CO store and it went so smoothly! Sebastian made the whole process easy and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. Add to that a great delivery and set up and I am very pleased. I slept great last night! Denver Mattress for the win!

Sebastian was wonderful he brought right to the perfect bed for us! The mattress arrived earlier than expected. He was so great, we went back today to get another set of sheets.

I did it everyone! I reached the ripe old age of 37 before I had to buy my first, real, adult mattress that is brand new and not “gifted” to me from an ex-boyfriend’s parents’ dank attic. Financially speaking, I wasn’t quite ready for this milestone in life but, alas, the unique combination of ongoing daily back pain and the discovery of mold in my memory foam topper were the convincing factors in finding myself at Denver Mattress on a Wednesday night. I was greeted with a very cheerful manager named Sebastian Frank and together we turned lemons into limoncello. Frank, a true professional, didn’t bat an eye when I showed up an hour before closing time with my own pillow and pumped full of caffeine from my Celsius drink 100% gung-ho on finding the mattress of my dreams. I’m more of a get-it-and-get-out kind of gal and I think Sebastian sensed that, yes, I definitely meant serious business… but that I also couldn’t wait to go home and watch Netflix. Lo and behold, the very first mattress he took me to was THE ONE and the other 10 mattresses we tested after that couldn’t compare. Shout out to Sealy Posturepedic for making their Plus Hybrid High Point Firm Mattress. 10/10 would highly recommend - especially if you’re a back sleeper like me. Did I drop a pretty penny of this mattress? Yes. Yes I did. I wouldn’t skimp on my mattress (not at this age) like I wouldn’t skimp on my dental care. Sebastian *almost* had me sold on the adjustable base that sits under the mattress - though I fear if I had one I would be a little tooooo cozy. And I’d inevitably find myself the star of some TLC reality TV show about people who are addicted to their bed and their whole lives revolve around never leaving it. Also, if you’re going to invest in a new mattress, do yourself a solid and shell out that little extra for the new pillows and sheets. A new mattress is an experience that must be fully experienced - everything brand new, if only for a moment, feels SO luxurious. I did end up having to wait about 12 days for the mattress to ship, but I was not willing to compromise and would not settle for less than Goldilocks-style “just right”. Wow was the wait worth it! No exaggeration - I slept 21 hours straight the first night after my Sealy arrived. It’s just impossible to comprehend how terrible your old mattress is until you spend one night on a quality, well-made bed. In conclusion… Sebastian Frank is your go-to guy for some adult excitement in the bedroom (as evidenced by attached photo) - and this mattress shopping experience was about as exciting as it gets at this age, let’s be honest!!! (No but seriously best experience hands down. I’m a happy, happy customer and my poor back is so grateful.)

The Glenwood Springs store has so many types of mattresses to choose from, at a wide range of prices. Sebastian was excellent helping me narrow down my choices. He was very knowledgeable about the strengths of each one and really listened to what I was looking for. I’m looking forward to the delivery!

Was very pleased with service and purchase! The pillow arrived quickly and after finding the medium loft was to high, I was able to exchange for the low loft without difficulty. It was obvious Denver Mattress wants satisfied customers!

I was referred to Denver Mattress by the property manager of my Snowmass condo. I spoke to Sebastian on the phone. He was familiar with the details of a mattress purchase made by another client of my property manager and recommended a similar mattress. The mattress was delivered after short notice by me on the following day. Sebastian was very knowledgeable and prompt in his communications, including with a simple follow up matter after the sale and delivery.

My friend Matthew R Stevens visited this store. The people was very nice and helpful and suggested he lay down on a mattress and make sure he liked it. Well apparently his testing of the mattress with his life partner was a bit over the top and he left very embarrassed.

Sebastian was great to work with. He knows his products inside and out, did not pressure us at all, and worked hard to figure out which mattress would be the best fit for us. His communication and follow-up is great, he is a model salesman.

Alex was great! He took us through all the choices available, steered us away from one we thought we would like but would have been a bad choice for us, and worked with us on buying everything we needed once we finally decided on a mattress. He is super organized and explained everything we needed to know.

We had the best experience at the Glenwood Springs Store. We needed multiple new mattresses so naturally, we had a million questions before making a decision. Alex and Sebastian were incredibly helpful, not to mention very knowledgeable, kind, and provided a wonderful sales experience. They were not pushy salesmen at all but instead, helped us to find the best mattresses for us, and our budget. We could have purchased mattresses online but Alex and Sebastian went above and beyond for us and we wanted to make sure we purchased through them instead. We are very excited to receive our new mattresses and will be returning customers!

I had a great experience at Denver Mattress in Glenwood Springs Colorado. Sonny, the assistant manager, took excellent care of me, and did an excellent job of explaining the various options and brands based on the criteria I was looking for. He was extremely patient as I went through each of the options, lay on each of the mattresses, and asked questions about their construction and materials. Kristina was amazing! Not too pushy and gave me the space I needed to check out the merchandise, but then was readily available and very helpful when I needed to make a decision for my purchase.
