I needed a very specific suit on short notice before I flew overseas for an extremely formal event. John was very flexible and quick with the fitting and alterations, and best of all the suit looks great!

Excellent customer service. There was a misunderstanding on which suite I ordered, but John took care of it right away! Very good quality suite for the price. Check this place out before you go to Macy's.

Terrible service and terrible quality of work. The tailor acts like a used car salesman in his demeanor and sells off-the-rack suits at the price of a tailored suit. He likes to repeat the phrase "I have fifty years of experience, that's 5-0" ad nauseum. When asked to make alterations to the original suit, the tailor showed his lack of skill or lack of willingness to help. I was so fed up of this guy that I just took my suit to be altered by someone else. It is my fault to have gone through with the purchase, but I hope I can help someone else avoid a costly mistake. Stay away.
