Mark was amazing to work with, after going to several places to try to cash an insurance Check he happily called our insurance company to verify my check which EZ cash wouldn’t do for us and got us our money very quickly. I would HIGHLY recommend them for their services

Really lazy blonde lady didn’t want to cash in the check because she assume it was fake … literally profile me and then told me she couldn’t do it until “I get my things together” what does that even mean .. said couldn’t do it because it was pass 5 when I left the place before 5 … just close earlier than have people waste their time

The place closes at 6:30. I went in at 6:20 so it was close to closing. It was a large check so they agent had to call to verify the check. She didn’t even offer to call and verify and just told me there is nothing that can be done today and I would probably want to come back tomorrow. I went to EZ check cashing on Tilghman the next morning. It took the lady 2 minutes to verify the check through an automated system. So I am sure she could have completed the transaction before 6:30 when they close. Customer service goes a long way. I barely got out the door of this place before she turned the lights off. If you don’t want to help people after 6:20 just lock the door and close. I don’t usually leave reviews but not helping someone because it is 10 minutes to closing doesn’t seem like they are that interested in having customers.

Should have a sign or something that's states you have to sign the check in front of whoever is working. Because the check was signed before hand she refused to cash it even with a valid ID
