Took lessons there for a few months but after I cancelled in Jan. they charged me $140. Went to the store to get a refund and it seemed as if they were gonna resolve it by sending in a request. A week goes by, I go in again. Either the request wasn't put in or they simply couldn't give me a refund so I was forced to take lessons. February comes around and I get charged again. Apparently there was a duplicate account so now they've stolen $280 from me. They have to put in ANOTHER REQUEST for a refund. It's been 4 days since that was done and I still have not heard from them. This bureaucratic, inept store has stolen from me and I will never shop here again.
