We Fix It Phone Repair

Nik helped and guided me on steps to recover data from my water damaged phone. He was very understanding of the situation I was in and did a great job at helping me. Hopefully I won’t have to return for a electronics issue, but if I do, this would be the place to go!

Very pleased with the customer service and speed. I made an appointment online to have the screen on my iPhone 7 replaced; I dropped it off early on my way to work, and it was ready when Ben said it would be. He explained they didn't have the parts in-store to fix my rear camera, but placed the order and I will be going back for that.

I visited this Batteries Plus to have an iPhone Screen replaced. Ben was great and had it done in an hour. Unfortunately my phone would "lock up". I took back the next day and Ben gladly replaced the screen. Once again my phone "locked up" for hours. I went back a third time and Ben was so apologetic. he said they must be bad screens. He told me new screens had arrived and he would replace it again. He did and all is well. Ben was terrific as frustrating as the situation was for him and me. I need to be more careful with my phone! I would definitely recommend and return to see Ben at Batteries Plus with an issues.

battery was replaced with in a hour and screen was also replaced as a compliment as a small crack in glass which was not noticed when I handed the phone for service was found during repair. My iphone battery is holding charge better now. The staff was very courteous.

Replaced the battery in my Samsung S7. Did a great job, battery works fantastic. Made an appointment and dropped of the phone and picked it up 2.5 hr later. Great friendly service.

So far so good. I had originally tried to replace the battery myself but had gotten faulty batteries from a different source. They handled my phone within an hour and I was on my way. I am even considering bringing in my fiances phone.

Dropped off the phone when they opened, would have been a quicker fix but the screen was on the days delivery. Would recommend this as an awesome alternate to getting a new phone!

The battery was replaced quickly and there was no loss of data. Mine is an older phone but the battery was in stock and I spent much less than on. a new phone.

It was expensive. But other than that repair was perfect and I'm very grateful my phone was fixed within a couple hours.

To date, everything went as advertised. So far, so good. The battery is performing as expected, but the real test will be it’s longevity....
